The service was superb.  I actually thought it would take 3 to 4 days to receive 2 dresses back because one had fringes at the bottom.  I thought it may be difficult to keep knots out.  I was pleasantly surprised to get a text after 2 days that my cleaning was ready for pickup. The drive through dropoff and pickup time line was quick and easy.  The young lady who waited on me was kind enough to open the door and place the cleaning in my car.  I truly appreciated that because it’s difficult for me to get in and out of a car . Easy and fast service. The lady at the counter was very nice. My favorite part was the text I received telling me that my clothes missed me and that they had been waiting for 7 days. Cute and effective messaging. It's been a while since I used dry cleaning services but I was a bit shocked to pay $38 to clean a formal gown. Maybe that's normal now. Still giving 5 stars for good service.

I mentioned that I was going to donate my business suits once they were dry cleaned, and the clerk said she would use temporary ID tags on them which I could easily remove before donating the suits. 0 stars. Terrible place. The owner was rude and unhelpful. I went to pick up my jacket and she gave it to the wrong person two weeks earlier. How do you give a piece of clothing to the wrong customer? She lied to my face and said she remembered who came in and picked it up, when I asked who it was she said “I don’t know what you’re talking about, you must be confused”. She kept making up different excuses and stories to try and explain what happened to my jacket. She was rude and not kind. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I started coming here when a local cleaners was bought up and prices raised. The prices here are high, but the place is unreliable and completely rude. They blame you for not picking up your clothes in time, she then on my last pick up ever had told me my clothes won't be ready for two weeks since I don't pick them up quickly. Guess what after 2 weeks they still weren't ready. Completely unreliable don't go here!

They have cleaned our down ski clothing, hemmed bell bottom jeans, pressed button down shirts, unshrunk a lambs wool sweater and did an excellent job tailoring the tuxedo for my wedding.

The prices are reasonable but customer service can be much improved. They don't even greet you or ask if you need anything else. While I appreciate the quick turnaround for dry cleaning, they don't make you feel welcomed or like they want your business.

There are two women who have been a really big and important help to me. I had my shoulder replaced Oct 1st. The one is a redhead and the other shorter woman with darker hair. One helped me unload my clothes and the other helped load my clothes when I picked them up. Really great people.

The Manager is awesome!  She is so efficient, super nice, knows the business, and knows her customers. Pride does a wonderful job with our clothing!!

Paid 52$ to have a suit and 2 suit jackets cleaned. Both jackets still had crud on the collars - basically just looks like everything got ironed. Very dissatisfied

It was probably my own fault for taking a leather vest to a dry cleaning shop to have patches sewn on. But I took pictures of exactly where I wanted them and sent the pictures with the vest. So they flip flopped 2 patches and the patch I wanted on the front of my vest they sewed my pocket shut, now I can’t use one of my pockets. If I would have known that I would have had them sewed it in a different spot. No one told me I would lose a pocket. I paid 259 dollars to have these put on. I would have thought sending pictures with the vest there was no way they could mess that up. And I wish someone would have contacted me before they sewed my pocket shut and explained to me I would be losing a front pocket.

Horrible customer service!! I had a pair of jeans hemmed. It took over a month. I since moved to the south part of town and called to ask if they could please send it to the Main St location. I got called back and left a message to please call back in the morning and let her know which store to send it to. I called 4 times left 3 messages to please send it to the Main St location. No one in Liberty ever called me back to let me know they still had it. The bonus was this was my first experience and last. The jeans they hemmed ripped literally the next day I got them back at the area they fixed them. I also dropped off a bag of laundry. She gave me a blue bag and said it was $5.40. She never explained that I was actually buying the bag and not the laundry. Absolutely never again. People seriously don’t listen or pay attention. Customer service is horrible here. Even called corporate and they just said sorry. Pathetic company!

Normally less than a 24 hr turnaround for my shirts, cleaned. Cleaned, pressed and hung for only a couple bucks each. They could be a little more friendly but they get the job done and done well.

as one can see i have been a loyal customer for quite sometime. i unfortunately have to change my assessment.  i had a shirt laundered as usual but since i am blessed to have a variety of colors and shirts at my disposal i may not wear a shirt months.
i found my shirt in december and notified  local, regional, and corporate of the ruining of my shirt. Their response was they would not compensate me for my Vinyard Vines shirt because “ it had been laundered too many several months prior “

I went to this place earlier today because my son's suit needed to be pressed. I knew that I was coming in at the last minute, so I offered to pay more to have them expedite the services.

The young lady at the front counter Told me that I could come in right away, they could get it taken care of for me. Since I was only a mile away, I got there about five minutes. Not only did they immediately press my son's suit, they didn't even charge me extra for it. The lady at the front counter was excellent. I will definitely be giving them all of my business. Five stars all the way.

Dropped my coat off to be dry cleaned and have two buttons sewn back on got got back both buttons were in a envelope on of the buttons has been cut off the coat had the same problem last year same coat they seem to not get it after I get my coat back I'll never be back poor customer service! If I can give this an negative-one I would, so I went in this morning shortly after they opened to drop off dry cleaning that I needed for the same day, I asked the young lady at the desk she said that was fine and they closed at 6 PM. I go back this evening pulled up to their door at exactly 5:59pm my cell phone and also my car read the same time. The girl behind the counter takes off running towards the door as if she was in A marathon and immediately locked it and says is 6 PM were closed, goes back to counting her drawer and she was already doing when I pulled up… I asked her for her name through the door she gave me MATT not sure if that’s really her name or she just made something up she was very rude and nasty.
How unprofessional could one really be, I will never use this drycleaners again who treats someone patronizing their business like this.

I would drive pass several Cleaners to patronize Ross Miller. Ross Miller do excellent work, been using their services for years. They are especially good with jeans laundered and starched they're also do a great job on dress shirts laundered ans starched for $2.99 per shirt. But for some reason in the last couple of years they'll slip a $7.25 charge on a dress shirt or two claiming it had to be dry cleaned a sports coat didn't cost that much
After several discussions with counter persons and the manager I'll never take another shirt to Ross Miller again.

I took my Polaroid hoodie here and when I got it back the black stripes was no longer black they was a shady grayish black. Not only that the white on my hood had spots on it and the hood cost me $60. Very upset and will never use them again.

I've been going here for over 15years, first they changed things from accepting credit/debit to cash only. Then when I went to pay a $49 cash with a $100 bill they say they don't have change.

I am in a wheelchair paralyzed from a waist down. I don’t have the ability to just run to a bank real quick to get changed because they don’t have two 20s and a 10.

I brought in My Son's suit to be pressed for an event that he has tonight.
Since I knew that it was a last minute thing, I was willing to pay more than double of what they typically charge to do it, Because I really needed it done. I asked the lady at the front counter, and she stated that they couldn't do it. I offered to pay her $50, and she declined. I was perfectly fine with that answer, and I was getting ready to leave. At this point Another lady came from the back and told me that "your money ain't gonna change nothing". I then explained to her that I was aware that I was asking for special service, but I was willing to compensate them for it. She then stated that "we are not driven by money here, and that don't mean nothing to us."

The way she said it to me was super offensive, because I was simply trying to pay them a premium for expedited services. She could've simply stated the same thing that the woman at the front counter did, and I would've gone on about my business. I've never encountered a business where someone told me that they weren't driven by money. What's the purpose of even being in business if you're going to do that?

I understood that I was asking for preferential treatment, but I was also willing to pay almost triple the amount that they ask for that particular service.

Instead of giving my business to the black owned company, like I wanted to, I ended up going over to Ross Miller which was about a mile away, and they had no problem with immediately taking care of my son's suit. I even offered them the same $50 that I offered this place, and they told me not to worry about it And charged me the regular rate.

Gines dry cleaner will never get my business, and that sucks, because I don't live anywhere near them, but I specifically drove there because they were black owned, and I wanted to support them. I hope this woman doesn't treat anyone else the way she treated me. I'll never set foot in that place again.
