Im almost certain the other reviews are paid for. I brought in two suits to be dry cleaned and omg. Neither of them were pressed. Still super wrinkled, unclean. I couldve thrown my suit in a washing machine and got better results. Unreal. DO NOT take nice suits here. Check out the photos below. These have not been worn since picking them up yesterday (Tuesday sept 16th) review posted Wednesday sept 17th ( see dry cleaners tag on suit jacket).

Shady and dishonest. Lost a customer today! You promised an alteration completed in two weeks. Fast-forward over a month and five phone calls from me zero from you to me about the progress of getting my garment fixed. The claim Check shows the price of 2195. I arrive over a month later after numerous calls to pick up the garment and you charge me $25. This is not how you do good business and keep customers. I wish you the best cause you won’t see me again

They do great work! My husband and I have had things dry cleaned and altered and it’s always professional and on time. Service is always friendly and they are honest if they are not sure how something will turn out. We go here every week.

Jersey washed. Usually I do it myself, but I was moving to this area. Something wet had gotten on it, and had left two 4-in round stains on the front of a white football jersey. Took it in, she said she couldn't guarantee it as the lettering was printed so she couldn't treat it which is fine by me. But when I picked it up, the stains were gone, and I am happy. I recommend this place. And the price was reasonable.

They ruined my expensive suit by not properly dry clean and press it. When I took that suit back there and show them the issue, they said “sorry, no one has complained about something like this before!!”. I do not recommend this place for dry cleaning your expensive clothes.

I dropped my clothes off On Tuesday. A maroon dress and navy blue suit. I went on Wednesday 2/20/2020 at 2:45 P.M. to pick up my items and they are closed. The business hours on the front door and the business hours on Google say that the business should be open. There wasn’t any signs posted explaining why they are closed during their posted business hours and their voicemail didn’t leave any explanation either. It’s an inconvenience and a little bit frustrating. I need these clothes for a wedding I’m going to out of town.  Thank goodness I have until Friday to pick up my items. I hope they will be open then.  I can’t comment on how well they dry clean clothes because I haven’t received my clothes back yet, I will update this review.

I’ve been using this cleaners for about five years, until now. My winter white suit jacket was completely faded and now doesn’t match the pants. After the cleaners previously lost a suit jacket and belt, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, the prices have increased, but the quality of the cleaning services have gone down.

The staff is very nice, so the stars are for their customer service. However I cannot recommend them for their cleaning abilities as my item was returned in the same condition and smells sour.

DO NOT go here if service and customer care are important to you.  Ok, I know it's ridiculous to spend this much time venting about an experience with a dry cleaner, but I just don't appreciate how they handled this - it was all very patronizing.  Full story below....

I have a wedding this weekend, for which I have tailored pants and a shirt as part of a suit.  I have this suit specifically for this wedding and don't have other wedding-appropriate attire, unfortunately.  I took my shirt and pants to be dry cleaned on Tuesday, and got a message on Thursday around 4:45pm that my clothes were ready, sweet!  I went to pick them up early Friday morning and sadly my clothes could not be found...

Turns out, they gave my clothes to another customer.  Ok, mistakes happen.  But, given that these clothes were specifically for this wedding, it was rather urgent that I get them back.  I get a call from the owner (Bill) saying they're "very concerned" about my clothes, but won't be able to get them back until the other person brings them to the store. The other person evidently is out of town.

So I'm now in a situation where I have to spend time and money searching for, and buying, new clothes for this wedding within the next day.  All of this is frustrating, but it's not why I'm writing this review.  I'm writing because the owner didn't take actual accountability for the error.  He said "sorry", but there was no action behind those words.  I asked for assistance in buying new clothes and he said, "That's just not how the industry works"... as if there's a law preventing him from doing the right thing.  He kept saying, "your clothes are just late, and we're not going to assist in paying for new clothes because your clothes aren't lost. If we haven't gotten your clothes back in 2 weeks, we'll reimburse you for the clothes we lost"...

He THEN texted me a response I suspect he got from Chat GPT, which he used to defend why he's not assisting with new clothes.  As if he's bound to what AI says lol.  He's the *owner* of the store.  He can do whatever he wants to make the situation right if he actually cared.

The resonance for me was, "we gave away your clothes to another person. Oops! Too bad you have a wedding this weekend.  We'll call you if the other person brings your clothes back."  A little bit of genuine contrition would have gone a long way, but that's not how Bill seems to operate.  Which is to say, if you have an event and you need your clothes dry cleaned, I would NOT go here.

Everyone deserves a second chance, so after a few years passed from the last situation of damaged property and poor customer service, I extended the olive branch.  The first set of 20 shirts came back undamaged, but far more wrinkled than expected.  It was the second round of shirts a few weeks later that set the stage for a lifetime review.

My wife picked up the shirts and everything was thought to be normal.  Later that week, I grab a shirt from the bag and notice an alarming yellow tag that read, "Defective Condition before cleaning".  I was expecting that my wife may have forgotten to tell me about it while she was distracted with our boys, but no...she had no knowledge of a damaged shirt.  Since there was no damage when I wore it last, and SDC was the prior and current cleaner, I thought the obvious and logical conclusion as to when the damage occurred would be mutual, especially considering that the pinstripe was smeared from pressure only a machine can induce - whereby resulting in two vertical fiber separations (rips).  Even though it was one of my favorite shirts, I was realistic and accepted the accident.

My wife took the shirt to the store to obtain compensation for damages, as we have experienced with other local dry cleaners.  However, Precious politely indicated that she could not decide or issue compensation, as the owner (Bill) insists on personally reviewing and deciding each outcome.  From my experiences, Bill is rarely at the store, making this a cumbersome and frustrating process for customers.  My wife was told to call Bill to discuss the damages.  A few days later, I call Bill and calmly explain the situation.  Without pictures or even hesitation to preserve judgement upon physically viewing the shirt, he indicated 'vertical separation is common and happens when the material is old, it's a known problem in the industry'.  I am not sure how or why he decided this was an old shirt, but it wasn't and it was well taken care of = why I was paying for professional cleaning and pressing.  He asked that I drop off the shirt at the store for him to review when he was able.  However, it was obvious from his tone that my time and energy would only be further wasted.

The ladies that tend to the front desk are very pleasant, I agree with others on that point (why this is a 2 vs 1-star review).  However, it is the owner's disposition and attitude, along with poor customer service that has me using another locally-owned business for my laundering needs.  I will continue sharing this experience with friends and colleagues at the largest employer in town to prevent them from making a similar mistake.

I Pray That Everything in my Lifec Get Back with stability motor mobility, peace, happiness, and I live a healthy life. God please walk my heart too and everything I’m going through. It Hurt like hell please rescue me and my son. He’s back in the hospital. Love you Jesus I am grateful.

I'd like to say, I never leave bad reviews, but this felt like I needed to. I took my wedding dress and a few other dresses for my wedding weekend here ahead of my wedding. First they lost my wedding dress for a day, then the next day when they have given me a time to pick it up, it still wasn't ready. When I finally was able to pick it up, I opened the dress bag to check it. Thank goodness I did because the hook fastener was through a mesh panel on the dress. I was able to remove the hook before it did significant damage to the panel. The dress also had noticeable black scuffs on the front of the dress in the bodice and the train. Additionally, within the plastic bag over the dress there was significant dirt accumulated at the bottom of the bag. I paid $375 for a lost and then significantly more dirty dress. Later in the week, I came to pick up the rest of the dresses, same experience. Dresses were two days late and significantly more dirty, no stains recovered.

These "dry cleaners" should be out of business and have no leg to stand on to take people's money and return a dirtier product each time. It is shameful that they handle people's clothes for such important days with such a lack of care.

Definitely more expensive than I have paid in other cities, but I called another dry cleaner in the area and was quoted approximately the same price. Clothes came back clean, wrinkle-free, and with no damage. $17 for a 2 piece suit and about $3.50 per dress shirt. Dropped off on a Friday afternoon, and they were ready on Tuesday afternoon, just as they said.

Brought my comforter to be laundered…$50 and they did NOTHING! I got it back and couldn’t believe it was still dirty from my dogs. So i shoved it in my little washing machine and everything came out. Showing that they really didn’t even attempt to clean it before they gave it back

Sub-par (at best) service and extremely overpriced. Informed today that one certain manufacturer of shirts (Express) are double the price of any other shirt for a simple dry cleaning ($7.50’ish). Better customer service and value can easily be found elsewhere.

On November 29, 2014 my husband dropped off two white table cloths. Today (01/13/15) He and I went in for the fifth time after having been called to come and speak with a manager. Three phone calls and five in person visits. To have the lady laugh and smile and say that she has "them looking for them" as of yesterday. She claims to have just heard about the incident yesterday. I told her that I felt disrespected and was alarmed that no one seems to care that our table cloths (which had to be replaced out of pocket) are still missing and not found after such a long period of time and here she is claiming to be the manager. She just agreed with me repeatedly. She agreed that she was rude and disrespectful and continued to say that she is the only avenue we could work through and that we could not speak to her boss. Yet, she could not offer us a solution without contacting her boss and she wanted a receipt to prove that we had purchased new table cloths. Then she suggested that she thought we may have been a "delete ticket" and implied that we didn't drop them off in the first place. I have never had such an awful customer service experience in my life. The lady didn't apologize or offer a solution at all. She just tried to brush us aside and wanted us to wait for a phone call from another lady. When we told her we didn't want to wait on any more phone calls she asked who had called us before as if no one could have called. It was outrageous! I know that she probably doesn't make a lot of money and doesn't really care about the table cloths but to treat another person face to face with you as she treated my husband and I was something to write a review about. She never said her name but I will be going back there very soon with my receipt.
