They do a fantastic job every time! My suit and dress shirts are always as nice as the day I got them! They’re also fully open with what they are going to do and what type of cleaning you might need instead of charging you for expensive dry cleaning when they are just going to put your things through the laundry!

Best Ever! I haven’t had anything cleaned at a dry cleaners for many years! But if I had to have something else cleaned, it would MOST definitely be them. They made my Queen down comforter look feel and smell like new. I was honestly a bit apprehensive, although they reassured me it would be okay. The customer service is unbeatable. They have a drive-through option and bring it right out to you and put it in your car or vice versa when you drop off.

They couldn't clean my suede bag and it took them almost 8 WEEKS to figure that out and return my bag to me. I called them weekly, and most of the time nobody could tell me what's going on or where my bag even was. I was going to take this bag on my birthday trip with me - didn't happen because I couldn't take it back for 8 weeks. It is still dirty, the same way it was when I left it with them. Very kind service and my clothes turned out wonderfully! I also took a pair of pants in to be fixed because I had torn a large hole in them and they looked like new. Highly recommend!

I sent my coat for dry cleaning, it turned out so good and my coat becomes like new! They also fixed my missing button on the coat without me asking for it, I feel very grateful. Plus, my husband also got his tuxedo cleaned there and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Eureka for around a year now for alterations (hemming, etc) and cleaning that I can’t manage myself. They are always quick, very reasonably priced, and nice! Most recently I had a keepsake jacket dry cleaned that had been badly stained bright pink in some areas, including the white collar. They said it might be a challenge to get it out, but when I picked it up today all the stains were gone! I’m very grateful for their work and will keep coming here for all my future dry cleaning and alterations. Thank you!!

Very disappointing experience. We gave this place multiple chances (three times), but each visit has been dishonest and frustrating.

The first time, I dropped off my clothes and specifically pointed out all the stains. The staff marked them and assured me they would handle it. When I went to pick them up, the stains were still there. They then told me stain removal is a different process and not included with dry cleaning. I asked why this wasn’t mentioned when I dropped them off, especially since I clearly showed each stain. Instead, I was told I had only asked for “dry cleaning,” which was simply not true.

On our most recent visit, my husband also pointed out stains on several shirts when dropping them off. But when I went to pick them up, I was suddenly told there would be an extra charge for stain removal. When I asked why this wasn’t communicated earlier, the response was that it had been handled by the owner and I’d need to come back on Tuesday.

We had an event coming up, so timing was critical. The issue has never been the extra charge, it’s the lack of transparency, shifting explanations, and poor communication. After three attempts, it’s clear this business is not honest or reliable.

Had my 35+ year old wedding dress cleaned there recently.  It had many stains front and back and was kinda stiff from not being in a bag all these years.  Just got it back and it was good as new!  So impressed with their work.

I've been using here for about two years for my suits or some clothes that I cannot do laundry myself, and they always give best service. Trustworthy place for your clothes.

The best way I could describe Iris Cleaners: they treat each customer as if their life depends on making the customer happy. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. If you need your dry cleaning done by a certain time, they initiate that offer and have always been able to fulfill it for me. They fixed a torn sleeve on my shirt for no extra charge. Honestly, every time I walk out of the cleaners, I feel as if I was undercharged considering the level of great service I received. I highly recommend this business to everyone and have always had a positive experience.

Always nice and on time with clean pressed clothes. What more could you ask. They dont take AmEx...my only mild inconvenience.
