Major cleaners are quick, professional, and super accommodating! They were able to get my suit cleaned a day before originally expected and the pricing there is great! I’ll definitely be using Major Cleaners for the foreseeable future

I'm  so upset right now. I searched  everything  I could to find the best and highly  recommended  professional  dry cleaners  to entrust  a very  sentimental  and Beautiful  gown to  have cleaned  to wear to my only Granddaughter 's Cotillion  to this Saturday.  It has rhinestones on the jacket  and dress.  I signed  a waiver  in case the rhinestones fell off. This I didn't  mine because  things happen I understand  this. I tried  this dress on several  times to show my family how it looked. It looked  brand new.  I was so worried  about the rhinestones  falling off  I didn't  see the large hole in the front of the dress untill I   got home. I called them immediately  when  I  saw it and they said to bring  it in  the next morning.  I did. They    proceed  to tell me that the hole was in the dress when I  dropped  it off. When I  tell you I  paid 61.00 to have this dressed cleaned. Do you think I  would  have bought  this dress in to be cleaned  with this big hole in it. Common sense  please!!!!! Terrible  customer  service  and refused to take responsibility  . If I  could  give them a 0 star I would.

Disappointed and frustrated. When I dropped off the tie I told the employee it had grease & blood ,but she didn’t mark it as cleaners typically do. When I picked it up and paid $9 It still had blood and a greasy spot.
I told her the blood didn’t come out and she asked a manager. Manager didn’t bother to come talk to me, but sent the employee to tell me there’s no guarantee blood will come out , even though I was not told that at drop off.
Nothing to lose at this point so , I took the tie home and was able to get the blood out with oxy & the grease with Dawn dish soap . Could've saved myself $9 and two trips by doing it myself. Will not go here again.

They’re nice people and the drive through is great, but it’s very expensive. $10 to launder two shirts is outrageous.

I went here recently for the first time - I had a comforter that needed to be cleaned. I've never used this kind of service before but it cost about $40 to have a king sized clean. The staff was really nice and welcoming. They also sent text for updates and if you have any questions so that was nice that they are easily accessible without needing to call. Would definitely use them again in the futre.

Took a queen size quilted mattress pad cover that was way to large for home cleaning. Their good service was refreshing, and did an awesome job on our bedding! The young man that waited on me also carried it to the car for me. On a previous visit to Crossroad Cleaners, they fixed my husbands new suit jackets that a different cleaners (M.M.) ruined by useing wet-heat to press them. The fabric looked puckered & heat damaged from the steam and looked terrible! We thought they were ruined, Crossroads saved his  3 new suits!!! We definately will be going here from now on.

Great experience! It was easy to get in and out of the location, the people were kind and helpful, I was given a little welcome package as a new customer, there were text updates, and the turnaround was fast. My suit was very well handled and my wife’s dress came back hung on a little cardboard mannequin type thing to keep it in its shape. Definitely a quality service.

Went in with my son to drop off my down comforter. I walked in and said hello, two ladies sitting behind the counter just looked at me and said nothing. Older lady with short hair and glasses got up as she saw an elderly white lady walk in behind me and greeted her with a big smile. Needless to say, I did not feel very comfortable in here at all. Took my business elsewhere.

Very nice people. Did not get collars and cuffs cleaned as requested, did not fold as requested, did not replace button in correct location as requested. Seems the work is sent to another location and the instructions don't transfer quite accurately. But as I said, nice people.

This place is a godsend. Going through my closet trying to get rid of stuff and occasionally finding something that I want to keep, but that is filthy. They're very good about telling you if they think they can get a stain out, and ate willing to try. They no longer do wedding dresses,  but we're willing to do mine and my daughter's,  since they're non-traditional.  All turned out beautifully.  My husband takes his things here, too, and he's the one who recommended them to me.

Tyler and his staff have been dry cleaning my clothes for roughly 12 years. They always go above and beyond when needed and I trust them 100 % with valuable clothing items.

Did an great job but it cost me nearly $80 for a suit, slacks and 2 dress shirts. And that was just to get them pressed.i should have checked when I dropped off but never have I seen pricing like this so I assumed it would be around the avarage not 2x more.

I brought dress shirts to be cleaned. They did a superb job of cleaning and pressing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about clothing care.
I don't dress up as much as I used to, but I'll be bringing clothes for laundry and dry cleaning when I do!

Horrible customer service. Took one dress to their location and she said it would take 3 days to press only one dress.’Then when I picked it up, I was charged the same price as a full dry clean!

There is no way that it takes 3 days to press one dress.

I tried other cleaners in town - much quicker services and cheaper prices. Don’t go here and it is horrible parking and hard to access.

Eye have been taking my cleaning here for many many years but I'm feeling a certain kind of way now, eye took a brand new pair of white pants just 2 have the crease pressed out it was over $10 dollars that is a bit extreme!!! I will be look 4 another cleaners ASAP but until eye find another, eye will continue 2 take some of my clothes there not all. They do good work but it was no N ... I should have been charged $10 dollars and some change 2 remove a crease!!! That's my view!!!

called ahead of time on my unpaid lunch break to go pick up a suit to make sure that I was going to the right location and the two ladies in the store informed me that it was the right location and it was Augusta Road so I drove 20 minutes to go pick up the suit I wait 10 minutes for them to try to find a suit for them to tell me that it’s not their location it’s at another store 15 minutes the other way and then whenever I asked for a refund considering I did not have the suit in my hand yet and I had already paid they refused me a refund. And the one girl was very nasty and kept smirking and laughing the whole time .

This business sent me 30 minutes out of the way to pick up my dry cleaning because they transported it to a different location than where I dropped it off. If I knew I was going to be driving an hour to pick up dry cleaning, I would have not have picked this business. They also charged me double of what I typically pay for dry cleaning. Not a fan. Didn’t have the heart to ask for any sort of discount for the inconvenience because everyone working at both locations looked like they weren’t even old enough to drive themselves there.

Fabricare ruined a shirt they incorrectly cleaned. Office manager never called to discuss my concerns after leaving 4 messages for her. Customer beware! UPDATE - Owner called after finally being made aware of my issue. He patiently and diligently listened to my concerns and resolved the situation immediately. Despite some communication hurdles along the way, very happy with the resolution of this issue and will remain a loyal customer.

Locally owned with great service! I have found the delivery service to be very helpful. Especially when I lost power for 10 days earlier this year.

They did a good job with my dress… once I got it. Put it in at the start of the week, due for the end of day on Tuesday. I was leaving town on Thursday so I picked up my dress prior to work on Thursday, and it was not done. The lady asked if I could “hang out for an hour”. Obviously I could not. I told them I was leaving at 1, and I took off work a little early to get the dress. I received no phone call, and was added to a marketing text chain and received no text either. I think it was totally inappropriate to not reach out to me. I hope the other branches are better.

We came to Greenville last minute for a wedding. We brought my husband’s dress shirt with us and discovered that it still needed to be cleaned before the wedding the next day. We called several other cleaners who said they don’t do same-day or even next-day services, and all of them said they don’t clean on Saturdays. What?! Finally, we called this specific Masters Mark and they said they would happily take the job. We dropped his shirt off on Friday at 4 PM, and it was ready for pick the next morning at 9:30!! One thing that we loved is that they clean the garments right there in house instead of shipping them out, which makes me feel like they have a little bit more of a vested interest in the quality of work that they do, and it shows. The shirt was perfectly pressed and the makeup on the collar was gone. The customer service was excellent and personable. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Clothes were taken to another location and still haven't been cleaned..... This was a week ago..  .NO COMMUNICATION WITH AN EMPLOYEE

Took a suit to be dry cleaned, came out with the wrong jacket.
Was treated with disrespect and humiliated to my face.

Just picked up 5 tops I dropped off to be lightly starched.  3 are men’s and 2 are ladies. I was charged $6.29 each and was told “since they were all ladies shirts”!  Three are plainly men’s tops and I asked who determined that all were ladies?????   Won’t go back!!!
