I put my 13 dollars into the commercial washing machine and my last two dollars got stuck and I had to switch to another washing machine for another 12 dollars!!! I tried calling the number on Google but nobody answered. I spent 25 dollars on just the washing not even the drying part yet!

Easy to park here. But this laundromat is more like a commercial washing business. The machines are often in use. Only 3 small older ones (top load) and 2 medium size. Cost is a bit expensive I paid an extra $10 more than the regular place I go to. Machines are old and rusted cycles are to quick (19 minutes compared to 35 at another place) with staff working here it makes for doing washing an uneasy task having to use the machines so they have to wait. I wouldn't be going here again.

Easy parking. They got lot of dryers, and hand full of washing machines, first in best dressed sort of thing. Good size tables. Take away shops very close, plus a bottle shop next door, for those who get thirsty doing washing.

Almost feels like the machines selectively scam you. Second time it's happened just now, 5x $1 coin's and the lid down, nothing. Both times I have contacted them with 0 response. If it happens again I'm going back balaclava on and making more than $5 worth of damage I can assure you.

Small washers are $4 per wash, large dryers are $1 for 7:30m (takes 3x coins max at a time, but can be added to as time reduces)

Place is dated, but its a laundromat, and the machines work. There's a few cafes and bakeries in the row of shops in front of the laundromat, so plenty of choice for food n drinks while you wait. ATM and a Woolworths supermarket too.

NB: As of this post, no change machine, and no card payment option, so just get cash out from the ATM, and get coins from the bank, or Woollies

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance.  The facilities of a card payment for washing and dryer use surprised me too.  Good value with working machines and so handy to access after work.  Open till 9pm. My favourite thing to use especially when the weather gets too wet. I hate that damp clothes smell!!

Parking right out front (1hr only), otherwise in the streets surrounding the laundromat, or a couple hundred metre walk to Lake Wendouree, parking there also, and nice location to whittle away the washing time.

Only negative, the EFTPOS change machine only issues $1 coins, but the washing powder machine is $2, and only takes $2 coins. Needs the coin mechanism to be updated so the whole experience is a great one.

Very convient place, you don't have to worry about not having cash you can just tap your card. Also the machines are a good size and function well.

Went in around 2pm on a Saturday and it was practically empty so there was plenty of machines to use. 12 washing machines and 16 massive dryers. Make sure to use "low temp" on the dryers if you want warm, "mid temp" is hot.
Very clean. Affordable but I wouldn't say "cheap".
Has a powder dispenser if you forget your own. Also has a change machine.

I'm passing through Ballarat, and I've used many different laundromats on my quirky travels and MUST SAY the Ballarat Laundry is one the best I've used. Our Queen sized Quilted Cotton Quilt & Feather Down Doona needed cleaning so I took them into the Ballarat Laundry as I have always done. The staff provided excellent service and let me know the doona would cost $44. The bedspread was $30. I must admit I was a bit surprised at the cost.

I got them back Monday and they did a great job of both, however, I have decided this is the last time I will have these items laundered there.

Instead I'll purchase a new doona at the end of winter. This time I think I'll buy a cotton/polyester blend so I will be able to launder it myself.

I also think I will be to take my bedspread to the laundromat next Summer to wash and spin in the larger machines, I'll then bring it home to dry in the sun on the clothesline. I'm pretty sure I will end up saving a fair bit.

Absolute joke paid for my wash cycle the money loaded and pressed start machine said initialising then removed my payment and said I had to pay again. Called the numbers during business hours and no one answered left messages nothing not a cheap laundromat either $7 a cycle and you can’t answer your phone absolutely useless.

I was travelling further to go to this laundromat due to its very reasonable pricing however the price has suddenly increased which is disappointing. It is always tidy however the chairs are very stained and I don’t feel comfortable using them due to this. Another problem I overlooked due to value for money in the past was the out of order large machine which has been ongoing for months so now I think I will go elsewhere unfortunately.

This is an efficient and comparatively reasonably priced laundry. Everything was functional, and clean. There was customer seating and magazines. You can use cards or change, and there is other laundry and drycleaning onsite. It is well- located near local supermarkets and take-away restaurants.
