Fantastic, I took a feather down jacket with stains and they cleaned it in no time while not bunching up the feathers. Great business service.

Sympathy from the shop assistant does not exist!!!

Shameful!! They charge you upfront without knowing whether they'll be able to remove the stains from your clothes or not. I brought a jacket with an oil stain, and they returned it to me exactly the same way. 15 euros down the drain...
