Why have an Evri return facility instore when you hate dealing with them and are so rude everytime i use it. It isn't a one off its happened on all three occasions.

The suit I asked them to clean came back neat and tidy but the service wasn't very friendly the one time I used them. Very expensive rip-off prices for ties, but reasonable for the rest of the suit. Alright, I guess. I wouldn't give them my tie next time if I really don't need it done.

Took a suit to be dry cleaned here and wasn’t the best experience. Told to come back in a week to collect at 4pm, turned up at the agreed date and time and the suit wasn’t there, they sent it to another shop in Manchester for dry cleaning and he hadn’t done it yet and returned it. I needed the suit for the following day as I was going to London on business. Guy from other shop agreed to deliver the suit so had to wait until 7:30pm to collect, I’m not local so had to sit around. Designer suit then came back on wire hangers and in plastic bags not the original designer hangers or the suit carrier it went in. Was told wouldn’t be able to find the hangers or the suit carrier and they where lost. Was really frustrated with the whole thing and wouldn’t use again.

Will recommend. Service wash, Iron and dry clean. Good prices and service is very personal. I usually drop of my bags and collect later at the mentioned time and always received on time. Washing detergents are good quality and clothes smell very nice and fresh.

Can be clicky my daughter waited 30 minutes for a dryer one came available and then a women walked in and took it my daughter said something about her being next. The person in charge didn't seem bothered and let her get on with it.Again I was in there the other week went in they were busy all dryers were being used the woman working there said one was out of order I waited over 20 minutes they she walked passed me and loaded up the so called faulty dryer. I was furious she knew there wasn't anything wrong with it, all I can think is she likes lying to her customers. I saw they offered a wedding dress cleaning and boxing service so I opted for this to store my dress as a keepsake. I am so glad I did! It looks like a brand new dress and taking it out of the box brought back lots of special memories plus the box is beautiful! I can highly recommend!!

Always fantastic service at this shop! I brought in some items I needed cleaned urgently for event and Lisa was more than happy to help, I got my items back in more than enough time and amazing customer service as well!

I brought four cashmere tops to be cleaned and  it was also quite expensive.
The tops are certainly  not cleaned properly as the labels still look dirty and there are dirt marks on them that are not cleaned. Also they are only slightly pressed .I do a much better job at home.  I would not be using the service again as it was a waste of time and money. I also came back to discuss this during working hours but there was nobody on the stand. I presume this is a badly run place and in reality I would like to think that they would be able to do the job properly

Dropped a 3 piece suit off to be dry cleaned last weekend.
Told would be ready for Tuesday, didn't get notified so had to chase up.
That being said, did a fantastic job and looks perfect, even got a couple of stains out of it too.
Communication could be better.

They damage our clothes and lost one of our button. Went back and the stuff said they’re not responsible for losing a button. Also that woman responded in very bad attitude. Will not use again and hope others avoid this.

Dropped in some car seat covers that had got a bit damp in the loft, they came back absolutely spotless.

They were also so helpful in being speedy as well, our new arrival decided to unexpectedly early but they finished up before it was time to bring her home.
