This place is super clean, family friendly, fair prices, great smells and nice customer service. I brought quarters the first time because I didn’t know it is a prepaid card situation. They were very kind and gave me cash for the rolled quarters I had. You purchase a laundry card and load it with $$. It was $8 for a 60lb load which I thought was a great deal. We also came on a Wednesday which is FREE DRYER day 7a-7p! They have special dryers for animal and horse laundry which I thought was amazing.
They have lots of tvs working, multiple claw machines and quarter toy machines which my son loved! Best place we have been to for laundry in Gainesville

It's a nice, new Laundromat, but the medium washers aren't close to each other, they're on each side of the row of washers. Also the dryers suck, you get 4 minutes for each quarter you put in and it takes forever for the dryer to dry your clothes, it's not hot enough to dry your clothes in a decent time and price

I had a frustrating experience. The machine has a defect that ate over $2. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English so it was difficult trying to explain that. One of the employees started the 10$ machine, before I could put soap in.
Now I’m out $12$ with no satisfactory solution provided. I think it’s insincere to offer me a free load next time I come in.

I understand that they have several wedding dresses ahead of me and need time to prioritize entire work flow. However with giving a 14 month time period my wedding dress was not cleaned at all and left in mud. This is with me being patient and paying service ahead of time. Only excuses and no sincere apology. They did refund my money and give me back my dress. Note my dress was left with mud for 14 months on their shelf.

LeCrystal was amazing!! She had a huge smile on her face when we arrived and when we picked up! When we walked in, she was cleaning... and man this place was SUPER clean! The service was quick and our clothes were amazing!! Highly recommend!!

The cleaners must have changed hands from the previous owners.  The current cleaners shrunk my favorite cashmere cardigan and ruined a brand-new silk dress by pressing out the permanent pleats.  They refused to compensate me in any way and pointed to the flyer on the wall that said the customer is responsible for any damage. I had to buy another dress for a wedding, at my expense.  The owner's attitude and that of the staff was condescending and rude.  They will not stay in business long with this type of customer service.

I brought a suit in to have it cleaned on Thursday and let them know that I needed it for Saturday morning. They said they'd have it to me Friday no problem. Apparently my suit code had a small separation in the seam. Probably an inch long. So it's their policy to not dry clean anything with a hole in it. They didn't let me know until pick up. If they let me know in the morning I could have taken it anywhere or even repaired the tiny hole. Now I have no suit for my function Saturday morning. Thanks a million.  Plenty of apologizing but their process is garbage.  They had my telephone number and my email address. They could have easily let me know in the morning when they found it.  Never again.

Rips Cleaners on Main Street is one of the most vile, hateful, and unprofessional establishments I’ve ever encountered. This place is NOT an inclusive business — it’s a toxic, disgusting environment that thrives on harassing and mocking customers instead of treating people with basic respect.

In particular, the individual who identified herself as the manager — a blonde woman dressed in all black, wearing black glasses — was the one who initiated the harassment. Instead of handling her role with professionalism, she chose to belittle, mock, and demean a paying customer. When confronted, she attempted to hide behind law enforcement, despite being the aggressor in the situation.

The business itself mirrors the attitude of its staff: run-down, unpleasant, and completely devoid of accountability. The name “Rips” couldn’t be more fitting, because this business is dead on arrival.

Save yourself the trouble — there are plenty of reputable cleaners in town that actually respect and value their customers. Rips Cleaners is not one of them. Harassment, hostility, and hateful behavior are the only services they seem capable of providing.

Final verdict: Rips Cleaners should RIP — Rest In Permanent failure.

In response to the owner’s attempt at “damage control”: the statement only confirms everything wrong with this establishment. By dismissing me as a “non-customer,” they revealed that basic respect only applies if you’re handing them money — an admission of exclusion, not professionalism. Their claim of “unprovoked harassment” is pure projection; it’s a guilty party flipping the script to mask their own conduct. Even more disturbing is their attempt to frame me “refusing to vacate” when I was standing on a public sidewalk waiting for an Uber. That is not trespassing — that is overreach and hostility. Closing their response with “we remain dedicated to serving all members of our community” is the most hollow, performative mask imaginable. They had the chance to own their actions, or even extend a basic apology, but instead rushed out a defensive manifesto within two hours — a panicked, corporate word salad that only highlights their guilt. Instead of building trust, their response proves the point: Rips Cleaners is not a safe or inclusive business.

I had my staff go to the client home to assure the suits were not present. (3rd set of eyes) Upon seeing the suits were not present,  she called the cleaners and the staff told her that they told me yesterday, I could come get the suits. Upon her going to their establishment the suits were brought from the back of the store.  No apologies were rendered for the rudeness from the owner Lanie nor the an apology for the disrespect and distress caused to my client a disabled senior citizen. We are thankful Lanie and her staff returned the suits that they stole, however she shouldn't have had to be threatened with an attorney to do what is right.

7/19/25 The owner Lanie is unprofessional and has no customer service. She over talked my disabled client who has been a loyal customer for 5 years. I attempted to assist him but her rudeness was absurd. They refused to take ownership of giving my client 2 suits that don't belong to him and took 2 of his custom made suits. She refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake.  She stated that they don't make mistakes. Did I mention they hung up on me, resulting in me calling back. This is horrible to take away from the disabled and not own ownership. I informed Lanie that they would be contacted by an attorney since they refused to return the stolen custom made suits. She responded oh well. I  ended the call.

Horrible customer service. I’m not going to say anything too bad but just let it be known Rip’s on Main Street in Gainesville is just as bad as Rip’s in Palatka. Take your clothing to Crane’s or S and S. At least they treat you with respect and don’t make you feel like you’re an animal or like you HAVE to take your clothing to their locations. If you know you know. Just take your items to another company.

Okay, so I might be the exception. Took a black blazer with a light color sleeve lining. IT was really dirty. Dropped off Thursday and it was ready on Friday after 2 pm. Look fabulous and the sleeve lining was super clean. I have used RIP'S b4 and never had a problem. Thank you for a good job on my blazer. I'm happy 😊

Possibly the only laundromat where I felt more dirty after my visit. It doesn't feel like a place you would want to wash your clothes. I don't know how long it has been since the washed the machines, nevermind the floors.  The change machine was busted along with 1/2 of the machines we tried. Good news is it is cheap and open 24hrs!

Filthy! Cockroaches, rip off w machines not working and money lost! It is a dump! Staff was in back loudly rudely talking.The darn cards to fill out to get a refund don't exsist! Place needs tore down!!!

The washing machines did not fill with water we had to get it from the sink the only staff member helped us with the bucket and told us to call the number on the wall he was okay but the situation was not. The same thing happened to other customers I'm not sure if the sink run off a different watering system then the washers.

After putting clothes into the dryer, I thought Id need a bit more time so I started searching my middle console for change, it had a buch of useless things in it, old pens, some receipts, etc. I pulled over a trashcan and threw that stuff in there, making my way tonthe change at the bottom. As I gathered another couple quarters, and was getting ready to head back inside, a man walked up to me and asked what i was doing. I told him I  was clearing my console to find quarters.

He told me I cant just come here to throw away trash. As I turned around and apologized, saying I had already washed clothes and had some in the dryer but was looking for more quarters, showing him the ones in my hand. By this time though, I had turned to face him abd he started screaming that I needed to clean his trash can, and told me not to come back, to which I replied "I dont plan on it" and he started screaming again this time telling me to "get out now" over and over again.

When I went inside to grab my (still wet) clothes, he followed me in, stepping between me and the dryer. He was now screaming so much he was shaking while threatening me. He kept pointing at my chest (or my star of david necklace) and saying  "you people can't use whatever you want" and "don't you make me". I told him "sir, you told me to leave and I am just trying to grab my cloths", he responded that he could have me arrested so I told him to call the cops and asked he would be refunding my $2 I put in the dryer(petty I know but was feeling very Irritated) He told me that he would not give me a refund because I was choosing to leave, and he would "not call the cops" because he "knows who to call to get rid of me"

Obviously, I grabbed my cloths when he moved, went to my car and left. As I was leaving I saw him neck to a pick up truck with his pants down. Idk why, but it seems like a detail not to leave out. He also looked a bit drunk/like he had been abusing alcohol for a long time.

Idk if this man was a manager or owner, but it was completely unacceptable behavior. I was not throwing crazy amounts of garbage in the garbage cans, nor did I do anythint confrontational. If he would have asked me not to throw trash into the trash can, I would of thought it was weird but simply said ok. Instead he choose to start yelling at and threatening me out of nowhere (maybe he was drunk, maybe there is too much hate in his heart...couldn't tell yall... but for a place that is so broken and dirty to begin with, yall gotta have a little bit of customer service skills.

After touching a bunch of quarters to wash my clothes, I wanted to wash my hands before transferring items to the dryer. The bathrooms were locked. I saw 2 water fountains. So I went to my car and put some soap on my hands to at least wash there. Then the fountains wouldn't turn on. Instead of worrying about someone stealing a drink of water or stealing the toilet bowl, these things should be available for customers. I won't be back after this nonsense.

This business has changed ownership in the last year and I wanted to give them time to get in the swing of things before calling them out on the catastrophe that this laundromat has become. They still have wifi..open 24 hours, charging outlets for your mobile devices, HOWEVER, The friendliness, kindness, CLEANLINESS and  overall wonderful vibe this place once had-around the clock IS OFFICIALLY GONE. The difference is literally.. NIGHT AND DAY. You would think the new owners would have acknowledged AND STUDIED the LOVE, CARE AND KINDNESS the last owners showed to their customers..But nope. I really liked this place when they first opened. They steadily keep raising their prices & are getting too expensive.
However the place is always clean.
The machines work well.
Its nice & cool inside.
The little café has good drinks especially their smoothies.
So all in all its still my favorite to go when I need to do large loads of laundry or take my son to do his laundry.
Nothing replaces the peace of mind of having your own washer & dryer at home but that's not an option for everyone unfortunately.
So it nice to have these types of places However please stop raising prices.
Laundry shouldn't cost a small fortune to do twice a week.

Laundry area: spotless! The level of cleanliness is truly amazing — everything looks fresh and well-kept. All the machines are in great shape and work perfectly, which makes doing laundry here a pleasant experience.

Now, about the cafeteria — it definitely needs more love. I ordered a coffee, and unfortunately, it was served cold. Whenever I’m stressed or sad, a hot cup of coffee always cheers me up, but this one missed the mark. I also noticed that the same employees who work in the laundromat seem to be managing the cafeteria, which might explain the issue. Hopefully, they can improve that part soon because the laundry side is absolutely excellent.

My washing machine stopped working so I looked for a laundry to go to.  I picked the Fresh Laundry & Cafe.   What a great place.  There are many washers, including different sizes, and many dryers too.  It is a large laundry, and you can enjoy something to drink and eat.  I have used this laundry twice and I am very pleased with the results and how friendly the staff are.  I will be using Fresh Laundry until my washing machine is fixed.

I’ve never been to a laundromat before, but my washer in my apartment right now is broken and won’t be fixed for another week or so… I just got back from vacation and then worked 4 shifts at the hospital so you can imagine the amount of laundry I had was excessive. I came here around 9:45 at night and instantly was greeted with friendly smiles and lots of help cause it was clear I’ve never done this before. The owner is very sweet and helpful, and the girl she has attending the building and helping her was extremely welcoming and helpful as well. There was only about 3 people in there with me. When I walked in the big room full of washers and dryers I was shocked to say the least. It is squeaky clean- like absolutely spotless, it’s bright, has a numerous amount of washers and dryers of all different sizes, and spaces for you to fold the laundry when you’re done. There are clean carts to put your laundry on. They also have vending machines full of laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and then snacks and drinks as well. They also have a cafe that makes smoothies and has other snacks, but they close at 9pm so I missed out on that - but the menu looks appealing and the seating area is impressive. I must say that this laundromat exceeded all my expectations and after a second of being there, I was no longer “intimidated” or “scared” to use the laundromat, considering that laundromats usually don’t have the greatest reputation and seem to always be dirty, old, have “creepy” people wandering them, and just are never a very safe environment which makes for an uneasy and awful experience in the end. If I have to use a laundromat again in the future, I 10000000% will be coming back to fresh laundry & cafe and I highly recommend that you do too :)

This laundry mat is top notch! Nice, new machines, very clean environment,  friendly and professional service. Also offers full service wash, dry and fold between the hours of 7am - 11pm. Restrooms are well maintained,  clean and in good working order. And a Cafe to boot!! I had pizza while I waited! Highly recommend!

Ive been a regular here for almost 3 years now.Everytime I've came in i have been welcomed, floors and machines are very well maintained and environment is comforting… Not to mention the cheapest prices

Hands down 34th Street Laundry in Gainesville is the absolute best location serving the Community of Gainesville to have your laundry done or dropped off & have their friendly, responsible staff have it taken care of while you run other errands.

Either way, it’s conveniently located in Gainesville. What a breath of fresh air it was to meet the two girls that work the shifts there, Jill & Elena. So kind, polite & helpful. It was nice to strike up some conversation with both sisters & I also made acquaintance’s while there with Dennis & Lucky a fellow Mercedes Benz enthusiast. 😎

Jill mentioned they haven’t raised their prices in years. What a Godsend especially during these tough economic times.

Went to use this laundromat this past week as it is right by where I live. As soon as I walked in the building it smelt like propane. As a side note I am familiar with propane use in laundromats but this propane odor was so strong. When I mentioned it to the attendant they told me that it's normal and nothing is wrong. I proceeded to do my laundry anyway figuring I would stay outside or in my car because of the smell. There was a young man there who I assume is friends or related to the attendant who has quite an attitude. I could hear him talking to the attendant like she was trash and her fighting back with him. Not what I expect to see at a business. I thought about utilizing the wash and fold service as I saw that is available and although the price per pound is great the folding is something left to be desired so I decided against that. You would think if you are paying for a service they would at least know how to fold in a way that does not resemble a little kid learning to fold. All in all was not a great experience even though nothing bad happened to me directly the appearance, dirty machines and dirty inside, the attendant and her friend fighting inappropriately at a business, and the propane smell was enough to make me take the extra trip to another laundromat.

Employees are always super helpful. It’s very clean and well kept. Machines are all brand new. They always give refunds if anything goes wrong. Per the negative reviews, they’re untrue. They have the cheapest wash, dry, fold service & the fastest turn around time! I highly recommend.

Was able to drop off over 150Lbs of clothes and sheets with a turn around time of maybe 3 hours was very pleased and super grateful will most definitely be back

This is a wonderful place with wonderful people. My mom worked there in the 80’s and some of the people are still there! A true piece of Gainesville history and a testament to good quality, atmosphere, service, prices, and value.

Unfortunately I am having to leave a very bad review not only because my grandmother’s table cloth and runner were ruined, but because of how one of the employees treated me. I brought both heirloom pieces my grandmother had made in for dry cleaning last week. The manager was there when I brought them in and knew how special they were. She also saw their condition and we reviewed spots to be treated. I went to pick them up the day I was told and two other women searched for them, finally coming back with worried looks on their faces telling me they were still drying. I came back today and one of the same women met me at the door with the pieces folded in a bag. Not pressed. Not on a hanger. Just stuffed in plastic. As soon as I saw them I knew something VERY bad had happened. When I opened the bag and looked at them, I was so stunned that all I could say was “I am not happy. These are ruined. Something bad happened to them.” The employee wouldn’t listen to me and kept saying she cleaned them like she cleaned everything else and argued with me that “it must be because they are so old”. She also began picking pieces of the fabric off the runner (it was decomposing) saying, “I forgot to pick this fuzz off.” I could tell that something had eaten through the fabric. By this time the manager had come out and I explained that I’d had them dry cleaned previously someplace else and they never looked like this. There had never been a problem before with the dry cleaning of these pieces. And they were always kept neatly in climate controlled conditions. This was not a matter of too old fabric falling apart. I told them it looked like they had stayed too long in the chemicals and it had eaten through the fabric. I point blank asked them
If there had been a problem with one of their machines and she said yes, they had had a problem and someone had come out and fixed it and told them it WAS fixed. Well, she then explained they had to call AGAIN because a valve in the machine wasn’t opening and draining. My grandmothers things sat in the chemicals for too long and ate holes in the fabric. In fact, when I dropped the pieces off I noticed a repairman there bringing parts into the business.

The older women who seemed to be running things was extremely sorry and asked what she could do to make it better but I told here there really was nothing to be done at that point. She was very kind and didn’t make excuses or argue with me.

Aside from the obvious accident with the machine, it was very upsetting that an employee would try to convince me that nothing really happened to account for the ruined pieces. It made me feel like she was trying to cover for her own mistake by making me look like I didn’t know what I was talking about.

As you can see in the picture, the chemical used to dry clean literally ate holes in the fabric.

Exceptional customer service! Crane & the other lady (whose name I never got) were so sweet, conversational, and beautifully human. I had a rush job and Crane delivered and got my clothes back to me same day! She even got makeup stains out of my nice dress shirt! Very happy with my experience. Will be come back here for all my dry cleaning needs!!! Thank you Crane! 

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and took great pains to understand what I needed and explain what was possible.  They even recommended a less expensive option.  I will never go anywhere else.

I’ve been here about 4 or 5 times now. My white dress work shirts have always came back looking good. This time I had my orange work polo dry cleaned too. My polo had a black stain across the back that was not there when I brought it in. I tried getting it out and not successful. I don’t understand 🤔I brought this in to be cleaned not have stains added to it. Don’t know if I’m coming back here. Not the first time this has happened.

Very disappointing. As I’m getting my husbands clothes ready for church in the morning and I pull this out of the dry cleaning bag to hang up I’m asking myself what exactly did I pay for? Clearly this wasn’t laundered. Wrinkles in the clothes and stains all over. Plus the lint. This is unacceptable to wear to church. Just unbelievable. I recommend searching elsewhere for a dry cleaner in Gainesville. There’s plenty to choose from, none of which have returned suits in this condition.

I have been a customer of rips cleaners for some years now. But in the last few months the service has declined. In august, I took a pair of white shorts to be cleaned and pressed. When I returned to pick them up they still had wrinkles in them almost worse than it was when I took them there. I complained and asked that they redo my shorts. When I returned to pick them up they were the exact same. I said then I would not be going back. Well, I made a liar out myself. I took 4 items to rips a few weeks ago. The lady at the register rang my clothing up incorrectly ($94), she said she corrected it and provided me a ticket of $32 and some change. I went in today and was told my dry cleaning was $43.36. I explained to the lady that my total was $32 when I drop my clothes off, however I had misplaced the receipt. She actually had a copy of the original ticket that showed $32 attached to her new ticket of $43.36 and told me that the lady forgot to ring up 1 of my items and redid a new ticket after I left. Not my problem! That extra item she forgot to ring up should have been on the house and I should have not been charged for it. Poor customer service. They will not have a 3rd time to disappoint me. I'm done.

We drive from High Springs about 22 miles to get our clothes done. We have been doing this for many years and just love the service and care that we have received. The turn around speed is just amazing. Their prices are very reasonable too.  We have had some trouble with keeping up with our tickets but not on their behalf. I certainly give them a very high rating.

The first time I had ever used this dry cleaner. I only had one small item to be cleaned. I had to wait till I was coming back into Gainesville as I live 20 miles away to pick up. The first time they didn't even spot the garment. They kept it to 'reclean'. I came back to pick up after 2 weeks (plenty of time to make it right). It wasn't there! I called the owner (Johnny) and he said it wasn't ready. (After 2 weeks?!!!) This was totally PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR to get back at me because he apparently didn't like it that he had to reclean it. He said it would be ready the next day. Good thing I waited a day because they deliver the garments at 4:30 in the afternoon. So I waited till the next day to pick up. When I went in the worker didn't even greet me and was completely rude. I should have followed the advice of the other bad reviews and avoided this like covid-19! They didn't charge me, but for the almost 120 miles I had to drive to finally get my item, they owe me. This outfit is completely ignorant, unprofessional, rude, and absolutely clueless of how they should treat customers. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

$400 John Elliott shirt ruined and the place will not respond because obviously  they followed 100% the dry cleaning instructions on the shirt.   It was in great condition when it was left at this location and returned to me trashed. They even blamed the manufacturer. It was the shirt's fault! It was the second time I dry cleaned it (the first time at a different location of course.) I'm not saying that a few clothes will be returned as they should, I am saying be prepared to lose your clothes and for them NOT to respond to you because they will never ever be at fault. You have been warned. Be aware of this place. Perfect and easy business model to cash in if you are never responsible for damages because people are going to trust in your word? What this business is has a term but I will leave it up to your discretion.

I have taken my cleaning … men’s and women’s clothes, leather goods, quilts, bedspreads to Quslity Cleaners for the past 10 years. I’ve always been satisfied with their work, it’s always ready on time and I have always been treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. Never a smile or a “hello” or “thank you”… ALWAYS come in weekly with same blouses for “press only with starch” and today was charged $4+ extra and when I asked why such a difference, she said I didn’t say press only (I definitely did)… then she says to me “it’s only $4 more”… I said it’s the principal and will be going elsewhere…

I brought 7 short sleeved shirts in for wash and press, usually around $5 to 6 dollars per shirt. When I picked them up she said they required hand ironing due to the fabric content and charged me $76.27 for 7 shirts then gave me $5 off for a new customer. If they had called with the new price I would have washed and pressed them myself but no call.

We are new to the area and I only paid $6 per for the same shirts previously. There are plenty of cleaners nearby, so be sure to ask for a price upfront. A phone call would have saved them a customer, but I will not be returning here to be ripped off again.

Quality cleaners will damage your clothe and won't do anything about it!!!

I brought an expensive leather jacket to get it "professionally cleaned" and when I picked it up I noticed that it was not the same color and the leather looked dry.

I decided to go back to speak with the manager to see what could be done. When I arrived one employee kindly told me that the manager would call me to see how we could make it right.

Never received a call in 3 weeks so I ended up going to the store to see what was the deal. Because I realize that accidents happen, I went with all the respect and just asked for my jacket and what was going to be the solution for their mistake. Then the store manager treated me like garbage and had a horrible attitude. she said all she could do was to give me a store credit!

That's when I started to get nervous and kindly asked her to lower her voice and to stop with the bad attitude and explained that a store credit would not help since I would never use their services again.

To my surprise she started to yell even louder.

So please! Don't ever leave your clothe in hands of these mediocre people.They would never take ownership of their mistakes, instead they will treat you like garbage!! I guess this business treat people like they see themselves, like TRASH! They literally look like TRASH!

They are expensive, careless, irresponsible, rude and low class people!

This dry cleaner is phenomenal! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I took in a silk and fully beaded vintage dress that had 30 years of dust from my closet on it. One of the owners, John, called me on the phone to discuss cleaning options. He is clearly an expert who is committed to doing a terrific job! John took the time to discuss the procedures that he thought would most safely clean the dress. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner and plan to take all of my clothes that need dry cleaning to them in the future!

I’m so impressed with this service and I highly recommend this location to everyone I know. They were able to remove adhesive from the inside of a women’s blazer without harming the fabric. CSRs are always friendly, patient, and helpful. Garments are always cleaned within a reasonable amount of time.

I've been using On the Spot for years. They do great work, my items are always ready as promised, and the people are very nice. What's not to like? Now, if only they had a location in Alachua. But you can't have everything.

Prices have gone up drastically since my last visit, $28 for 2 suit jackets with a minimum of 48 hour turnover time is just totally unacceptable. The suits themselves looked great, but if other businesses locally are offering better rates and quicker turn around time why bother coming here?

Reasonable pricing for the two jackets I had done but would have been nice to know about how much to expect when I dropped them off. Items were ready in 2 business days and looked very clean. One of the new front buttons I sewed on my suit got a little scuffed but I don’t think that’s really their fault. I figure it just happens sometimes in the washing process.

Terrible service. Dropped off wife's dress on a Monday was told that dress would be ready by Thursday. Went to pick it up but dress was not ready. Said they were working on a stain. Funny thing is that the dress was brand new and never worn. So what's the real reason?. Incompetence I guess. Will NEVER use them again even if it's free. Would pay 100 bucks for someone else to do the job as promised

Best wash-and-fold service in town! I dropped it off in the morning before work and picked up 45lbs of laundry that evening. Prices are really fair and the workers and owners were very friendly. You can choose the type of detergent you want as well. Excellent service; thank you!

I urge strong caution against using this laundry facility after a recent interaction with the owner.

My boyfriend and I arrived around 5:30 PM EST with 4-5 loads of laundry after hosting family during the hurricane. While exchanging money for quarters at the change machine, a middle-aged man approached us aggressively, asking, “Are you doing laundry here?”

“Yes,” we replied.

“Where is your laundry?” he demanded, raising his voice.

“In the car,” we explained, having just arrived moments before.

“Let me see it then,” he insisted, pointing at us.

My boyfriend asked if there was a policy regarding the change machine, noticing no signage about it. The owner then accused us of trying to take his money and told us to leave, yelling that we were banned. Patrons looked on in shock.

Despite our calm responses, he continued to hurl insults at us. My boyfriend finally spoke up after enduring the abuse, but the owner followed us outside, antagonizing him by asking, “What did you say?” repeatedly.

Feeling threatened, I locked the doors and started the car. The man circled us, making us feel unsafe. We were there for only about five minutes, but his behavior was alarming and uncalled for.

This experience raises serious concerns about the owner’s temperament. If I had been alone, the situation could have escalated further. Previously, I felt unsafe visiting this location alone due to unsavory characters around.

I urge anyone to think twice about this laundromat. Reviews mention that their machines can ruin clothes, and I recommend Spin City down the road, which has better machines and a much more respectful atmosphere. My boyfriend and I have never faced such blatant disrespect from any business owner before, and we just wanted to do our laundry.

Very happy with our deep clean! We ordered the service to prep our home (2100 sq ft, 4 bed/3 bath) for listing photos. The cleaners (2 of them) were proactive with their communication, and spent around 4.5 hours cleaning. We paid around $400 for the service, including fridge cleaning.
We were blown away by how nice our home felt afterwards! It felt like a game, finding all the spots the cleaned and prepped.

Erica and her team of elf’s are very impressive with their skill in cleaning our home. We feel comfortable with them in our home. Very nice people and hard working. Our home has never looked better. We’re very happy to have found the elves. We love our elf team.

Been with A Personal Elf for over a year now, we are on the monthly cleaning plan. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of work. They are prompt, cordial, and efficient. Don's Coin Laundry

Why have over 30 washing machines and only 5 truly work. You have 20 that have ‘out of service’ signs on them and 5 that either won’t except money or stop mid way and won’t give money back. There is no one on site to help and there’s no contact info posted. The number online doesn’t work. You should just close the place down. Not worth it at all!

Put $5 in machine and it didn't work....couldn't get money back....no attendant.....called phone number listed, not in service!!!! I went to another laundromat!!

Would be no stars if possible. Half of the washers are marked out of service. Two regular washers today didn't drain so my stuff was wet. Equal number of dryers don't work along with another 4-5 washers cause manager doesn't reliably remove quarters (didn't do it this morning upon opening). Today, this caused another customer to lose $11 trying different ones. Temp set at 78°. STAY AWAY, I am.

UPDATE:  First, if I could give zero stars, I would. The owner still refuses to maintain this business. The owner never responded to my many phone calls regarding lost money.

Therefore, I have found a better laundromat, which is cheaper, has clean, well-kept machines and responds to customer concerns.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!

There has been a sign in the window for several months indicating no hot water, boiler is being replaced. I personally believe the boiler is broken and the owner isn’t paying to fix it or doesn’t have the money to fix it.

Additionally, the machines are not kept operative. I have had to, on several occasions, rewashed loads of laundry, at my expense, due to the washing machine breaking down mid cycle.

And, yet again I was ripped off of my hard earned money, this time, $3.00 between dryers 10 and 11. I put $1.50 in each machine and then left to get some water at the dollar store. I was gone maybe 5-minutes.

When I returned, both dryers had stopped and it was flashing to adds more quarters.

I am certain this is my last time here. I will go to the laundromat by Harbor Freight. They have updated, large machines.

I think the owner only comes in to collect the quarters and nothing more.

Finally, if you look, you will see all reviews in the past two years, except one, are one star reviews. That’s very telling.

Let’s see if the owner is fair and not a cheat. I left a message indicating the problems. We shall see if she calls me back.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Most of the machines are broken and the others will eat your money. Save some by going elsewhere.....

I haven’t been to a laundromat in decades, but I came here because I needed to wash several comforters. I came at 10am on a Monday and I was so impressed at how clean everything was. The attendant was constantly sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting. I was able to use the big washers and dryers without a wait. One of the dryers seemed to be drying slowly, but I switched to another dryer that dried really quickly. I was worried about coming here because of the surrounding areas, but that wasn’t a problem at all. I can’t say how it is when the attendant isn’t here, but I’d definitely recommend this laundromat.

I went in on 1-20-24, to wash my large blanket the place is pretty new.  The machines are new and clean attendant was helpful.  No quarters needed you buy a $1 plastic debit card and load money on it.  5 start super clean.

First time using this laundromat and it's my last. $72.75 to wash 3 loads of clothes? That's not what I agreed to when I put my debit card in card reader on the machine. But that's what they are charging my card. Calling my bank now.

Wasted $30 and 4 hours of my time only to end up taking my clothes home still wet. Now I’m having to hang them throughout my apartment to air dry. The machines may look nice but in terms of functionality, the dryers are garbage. (This is the Tower Road location)

I had a queen comforter that needed washing and came to Spin City at Tower Laundry today.  It was incredibly clean clean and had lots of choices in the way of washers and dryers but better than that I met Elonda who offered me courteous assistance and educated me on the best size of washer and dryer to use.  She offered the best customer service I’ve had in a long time anywhere.  I hope the owner knows she is a Gem!

There's never the owner there, also The bathroom is locked can't you rest room only place to sit is outside and one in the inside. But the washer are good and some of the dryers are really good and get hot.

Worst laundromat you will ever use! Some of the dryer doors dont latch fully, they have no working change machines so you have to pay for a prepaid card. Attendant had us add softener into the detergent port and detergent into the softener port even after I said that looked backwards. When the cycle was complete I saw suds on the door and informed her that she was wrong. Her response, "oh I guess you taught me something". How lame!!

OK so first impression was that this place was clean and great... that was obviously not the case... went back on Saturday to drop off again and the place was trashed. Picked up that afternoon and the place was not any cleaner. My son dropped his uniforms off on Sunday and was told to pick them up on Monday... never received a phone call and went by the location twice on Monday. Both times the door to drop off was closed. Finally called another location and was told that nobody is there and that the lady got sick and so the laundry "probably wasn't even done but you can pick it up tomorrow"... after she called her boss and the boss said no one is there. The boss wasn't very concerned at all. Now we have to wait another day for the laundry IF the person shows up!!

In response to the owner: thank you for telling me to contact an email. I have uniforms that need to be picked up. The lack of communication is not understandable. If an employee falls ill, as a manager or owner, it should be your responsibility to make sure to reach out to the customers and let them know that there is a delay or if and when they can get thier belongings. Had a Comforter and some pillows to wash. Decided to try Wash King. Washer and Dryers were working. They have an attendant there watching and picking  trash.
I don't know the last time I've been to a laundry place. 🤪Want to wash large items and don't want to use your machine or get it over quickly. Wash them at the laundry and dry them at home. 👍

Had problems with one of the small washers not fully draining and spinning. Otherthan that it's cheap. $0.25 for 7 mins on dryer. $3.50 to wash small load

Dodgy location.  I didn't get out of my car.  I didn't feel safe . The place itself looks clean from the outside,  but it's located in an almost deserted former strip mall type of shopping.  No one around in an emergency. I left.

Great place to wash clothes. The big washing machine save you a lot of time. Good prices.

Good laundromat, has anything you'd need to get the job done. Plenty of washers and dryers, open pretty late too. If you need laundry done, this spot will do.
