Absolute BEST dry cleaner we’ve ever had! They are always so nice and helpful and always super quick to get our clothes ready. Chad, the owner is top notch! The true definition of great customer service. I also had my wedding dress preserved there and they did a great job. We’ve recently started using the pickup/delivery service which has been the best thing we’ve ever done! As a customer who has lots of dry cleaning for our job, this has saved us so much time and stress trying to get there which is a 45 min drive. I refer everyone I know to go see Chad and his team at Town & Country Cleaners! You will be very happy using them!

This place is super clean, family friendly, fair prices, great smells and nice customer service. I brought quarters the first time because I didn’t know it is a prepaid card situation. They were very kind and gave me cash for the rolled quarters I had. You purchase a laundry card and load it with $$. It was $8 for a 60lb load which I thought was a great deal. We also came on a Wednesday which is FREE DRYER day 7a-7p! They have special dryers for animal and horse laundry which I thought was amazing.
They have lots of tvs working, multiple claw machines and quarter toy machines which my son loved! Best place we have been to for laundry in Gainesville

It's a nice, new Laundromat, but the medium washers aren't close to each other, they're on each side of the row of washers. Also the dryers suck, you get 4 minutes for each quarter you put in and it takes forever for the dryer to dry your clothes, it's not hot enough to dry your clothes in a decent time and price

This laundromat is extremely well maintained, very clean, and has very helpful and friendly staff on the premises. Even the parking lot is pristine. Augustine was extremely professional and helpful in explaining how everything works. It will be my go to laundromat from now on

I had a frustrating experience. The machine has a defect that ate over $2. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English so it was difficult trying to explain that. One of the employees started the 10$ machine, before I could put soap in.
Now I’m out $12$ with no satisfactory solution provided. I think it’s insincere to offer me a free load next time I come in.
I’m NOT coming back here. The right thing to do would have been to let me use two smaller machines with proper setting and detergent for the 12$ I was expecting it to cost me to wash that many cloths

This place is clean! With so many option for different size washers and 80 dryers. Get their loyalty card and you get free dryers on Wednesday. Someone on staff is always in there sweeping and tidying up. A great addition to this area.

Very friendly people. I needed to get a jacket pressed for the following day. He did it while I waited. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed a drycleaners. They went above and beyond.

They were not too expensive, a lot cheaper than I thought. The workers in there were very nice. I got my clothes cleaned and pressed within a few days and they came out very good. I also had a tough to remove stain in two shirts and they were able to get both of them out for me. I would recommend this place and go back to if I needed

I understand that they have several wedding dresses ahead of me and need time to prioritize entire work flow. However with giving a 14 month time period my wedding dress was not cleaned at all and left in mud. This is with me being patient and paying service ahead of time. Only excuses and no sincere apology. They did refund my money and give me back my dress. Note my dress was left with mud for 14 months on their shelf.

Best dry cleaning service in Gainesville!! Seriously great prices and customer service. I had to get some tablecloths pressed ASAP and they did it in less than a week when all the other cleaners were 2 to 3 weeks out. I just dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning and to be boxed. LeCrystal was amazing!! She had a huge smile on her face when we arrived and when we picked up! When we walked in, she was cleaning... and man this place was SUPER clean! The service was quick and our clothes were amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Nice washers and dryers. There were plenty of open machines and the lady working was polite and helpful. It's a bit more expensive than the other laundromats around and the tables do not have outlets which made it hard to do work while I waited.

The atmosphere was lovely and very clean. The staff, including a friendly caucasian lady who assisted with the dryer, were nice and polite. Overall, I had a great experience.

It had a giant cockroach go right behind the lady that was working there mopping..I never seen one really long like that! That lady later told me it's a good thing I didn't tell her because she would've jumped so high..

As a frequent traveler I prefer good Laundry and not the Hotels. This is good! Clean and well kept washers and dryers. Somebody who either owns or manages this location cares. Machines take credit cards and you can buy products on site.
