I visit this location weekly at different times of the day on different days of the week and I have never had an issue with anything. They have a restroom. They have a vending machine for snacks and a vending machine for sodas. They have a sink where you can wash your hands if you spill detergent. You can usually get in and out in a timely fashion unless someone comes and loads their clothes and leaves and that causes a problem and tends to tie people up as far as their time. Washers are in good working condition and dryers are in good working condition. You can also purchase laundry soap or dryer sheets for cheap.

I work in Health Care and accidentally washed a couple of ink pens with my laundry to include scrubs, and my favorite Husker T-shirts.  I was going to just throw everything away, but decided to take these to Sunset Cleaners.  When I picked up my clothing, I was happy to see that the ink was removed! I've never been to this one, and I don't know if they are owned by the same people as the laundry in Troy, but I will not go back.  The 3 young kids who were working Thursday night were very RUDE and disrespectful to patrons. Not just myself, but others as well.  I finished up before 8pm but since they close at 8pm then there should be a cut off time to start washing.  Instead of watching patrons load laundry - THEN say something - makes no sense.  Then to sit in the back seating area and actually make snide comments and mumble under their breath about people - it just isn't professional.

Very nice new facility.  Every time I have used the facility it has been clean and well maintained. I had no problems with my laundry and there is always available washer/dryers for everyone. This facility is also air conditioned and has a couple TVs for you to view. They also provide free WiFi to customers. Nicer than other facility in town.  I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

This place is open 24 hours its clean and you dont have to wait on a washer or dryer. It is cleaned daily

Absolutely disgusting, dirtiest place I have ever used! Cobwebs hanging everywhere, floors are filthy. Tables and chairs filthy!
