Normally pretty good but the dress that I’m supposed to wear to a wedding tomorrow came back too short. Requested it to be floor length and I can’t wear flat sandals without it showing my feet. A bit disappointed as past work has been so good.

This place is beyond unprofessional. The receptionist is consistently rude and makes customers feel uncomfortable just being there.

They once gave a pile of my clothes to another customer — thankfully that person was honest and called me to return my items. On more than one occasion, they damaged my clothing and then acted like it wasn’t their fault.

The final straw: I brought in brand-new pants for alterations, and when I came to pick them up, they simply could not find them.

Between the rudeness, lost items, and damaged clothing, this place is completely unreliable. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This Payless Cleaners is iAwesome and Amazing!! I’ve been going to this clearers with my dry clean since they first open at this location on Bustleton Ave. People that work there I I call my DIVAS and GQ! They are almost polite and pleasant, even when some not all customers are so rude and disrespected to the workers who are checking in our clothes. I’ve been a witness  to their rudeness and nasty comments and I have stepped in to let them know it’s not nice to speak to another person like that.

I have been here many times to have clothes altered and I have been quite satisfied with the results. The woman is so nice and kind and I'm very happy with her work.

I brought in a dress for a wedding I was in that I needed hemmed and have cups put in within a week turnaround time frame (long story short, dress shop sent me the wrong one and then had to send me the right one). I have never had anything hemmed but seeing as I was a bridesmaid (and I’m short) I needed it hemmed! It was also super thin, thus needed cups lol. The seamstress did a WONDERFUL job. Not only did she have it to me within a week, but it looked flawless. Paid $145 for hemming and cups put in, with a week turnaround time frame. Everyone at the wedding complimented me on it. Super friendly, and wonderful job.

Are used to go to this place and drop off at least twice a week till I found out that they were overcharging me and on top of that when I went to assembly hey I think there’s something wrong with the receipt because I only did six pieces which were only six shirts and she charged me $66 I said there’s no way you charge me $11 a shirt when the club with the sign says cheaper than that and she started going crazy you know like go do you not like go I said LEYDI listen to me I’m trying to help you and she didn’t so that’s why the clothes are getting and then I also ask for the quality of clothes that you’re giving me back is not to your standards you have better standards in this I don’t know I’m never gonna go back I feel like they’re overrated they’re over expensive and I found a new place if you guys want it let me know and I’ll send you where to go great price and great service

Haven’t been to this cleaners in years. I stopped in because I needed alterations on women’s shirt and maxi dress. The lady was rude. She told me to keep the shirt at the length it was. It’s a tunic, I’m short so it was too long. Then I asked about a 1/2 inch on my maxi dress she said the hem would cost more than the dress is worth. I said “is a hem $100 here because the dress cost $98”. She never looked at the shirt or the dress, she just stood there uninterested. I took my belongings and left. I’m not begging nobody to take my money.

Excellent customer service. They were able to remove a stain on my leather jacket and did some repair on a dress that did not fit well. It's well worth the price. I've recommended friends to go and now they all switched to Happy Cleaners!
