Had to come because of issues with my washing machine. The place is like your old school laundry mat. Run down but it gets the job done. What I love about this place is how cheap it is to wash and dry. Washing clothes shouldn’t be $6 to $10. They are $2.50 to wash and a quarter to dry🤣Now that’s a deal. I will definitely be back if needed!!! And they have free wifi

This place is in bad shape. I have never seen a place so nasty and dirty in my life. Everything needs to be cleaned, or it needs to be replaced. Make sure you take cleaning supplies with you when you go. UGH!!! Use the bathroom before you come also because their bathrooms are nonexistent.

This place is very dirty and most of the machines do not work. Dryers run but dont dry and washers wont run the spin cycle so your clothes are soaking wet when its done. I have lost a lot of money to this place.

Washer had an error with no water, went half way through the cylce and then wouldnt rinse.(no signs or anything to say the washer didnt  work). No answer when my mother or I called them. No one present in the whole place.
Our blankets are now stuck in the washer and we have no way to get them out.

This place honestly should be condemned the machines I'm pretty sure it was the dryer left black stains on my clothes if you look at the pictures it's worse than that I'm not trying to be mean but this place has been neglected for far too long and should be closed down

I was extremely impressed with the service. They were here within an hour. Travis, John, and Jeremiah were the staff members who "saved" us! They were extremely friendly and professional. Their confident, competent mannerisms made us feel that the issue would be taken care of completely and it was. The process was so much easier than I had imagined! I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of a sewer backup in our basement in Charleston, WV. The Charleston Sanitary Board was responsive and got the problem fixed, and they recommended SERVPRO of North Kanawha and Teays Valley for the cleanup.
