My heating element went bad in my dryer about 6 months ago. I come here every Sunday and spend $3-5 to dry clothes. Always clean, quick, and cheaper than running the dryer at home.

Facility is always clean washers and dryers work great.  Change machine ran out of quarters and shorted me $18.50 contacted after hrs number left message have now been near 3weeks being told someone will bring it to laundromat for pickup but still hasn't happened.  They have cameras pointed right at change machine they can see what happened why drag out making it right.

Great neighborhood cleaner and laundry facility. I have been going there for almost 9 months and I am impressed with how clean the place is. The machines are in good repair and appear to be newer models. The costs are reasonable.

I took an absolutely disgustingly dirty down comforter in to be dry cleaned. It had dog menstural blood stains on it, and instead of white, it was brown. They cleaned it like brand new. Excellent job! I am very happy with the work they do! I never thought it would come so clean

Washed two large loads and washers and worked like they were supposed to.  Used one of the small washers to wash a load of delicates "Did Not Wash Or Rinse"! Spoke to attendant and was told I did not use machine correctly.  I have been washing clothes since I turned 15 years old and am now 54 and my wife has been washing clothes since she was 12 years old and she is now 55.  We have use our own personal washing machines and coin laundry machines now for over 30 years.  I think I know how to use a washing machine and I think wife knows how to use a washing machine.  We were basically ignored by the employee who after we told him it was not washing or rinsing properly proceeded to go over to the coin gambling machine and gamble.  He also proceeded to bang the side of machine to get more quarters.  We will not be returning and will also be informing as many people as possible of the non-working machines,  unprofessional employees, and dirty machine barrels.
Post Script~After taking clothes out, not clean, barely rinsed out, and the machine was dirty. My delicates...😡 NEVER again!

It’s the only place that is usually open after 9 and I’ve been going here for a while now, but the pass few times I’ve been at night there’s some crackhead(same guy everytime) always asking for money, or for rides. As a single women doesn’t make doing laundry here feel safe. And I’m not saying 100% it was him but my clothing has been going missing too now specially underwear

Let me just say that this place is not only super clean, but well priced in a great environment to have to sit for a few hours while you get your laundry done. There’s a hotspot attached to this laundry mat, so you can have a drink or just chill out while your laundry finishes. The machines are clean, efficient, and well priced. I would absolutely, 100% recommend this business!

Really cool place to come do laundry and have a few drinks! The bartender was super friendly and they have slot machines to pass the time! It was clean and well maintained. They have large machines that fit everything in one load, would highly recommend if you haven't been!

Picked up my husbands suits. Waited 10 min to be waited on. Lady walked out of the back room with a cloud of smoke behind her. I told her the name and was given the suit. It reeked of cigarettes. Just gross. Had to take it elsewhere to give it cleaned again. I will never take anything here again. The saddest part is this is were my husband has been going to have his suits cleaned for years and his dad before him. I hope they can fix the issue. Used to to be a quality place.

Unbelievable incompetence from this place. Five weeks to clean and box a 44 year old custom wedding dress, 2 of which this place had no idea whose dress it was not what to do with it. Came in to pick it up 3 times before they finally got it right. Owner lied to me on the real reason it took so long. Not to mention the dress looks like it's boxed by a 5 year old.

I may add, they then put them on hangers and charged $32 for nothing.  Both suites came back dirtier then they were when I dropped them off.  The second time they only brushed them off an returned them to me.  Talked one of the owners and got nothing more then the run around and his denials.  Don't trust these people with your dry cleaning, they will rip you off. Use another dry cleaner in the area and save yourself the headaches of dealing with dishonest people.

I just left this place a few hours ago yes it may have some old washers and dryers but the fact I was able to do my laundry comfortably at 2 am was nice yes it stank a little yes maybe a little dirty and yes took a few quarters from me but all and all I can do my laundry whenever whatever time is a plus I traveled an hour to get there and I’ll tell u I will be back !!! It had a bathroom also I love that esp since u know I traveled from an hour away !!! Thank u keep up the good work

First and last time going here. The place is awful. 7 machines don’t work. The place stinks like sewers. It’s just dirty and disgusting. I don’t know how anyone can feel like their stuff is getting clean in there. There is. No bathroom. No snacks in vending machine. No one to contact about getting a refund for the dryer that just stopped working in middle of dry cycle. Will never go back.

Outdated machines and a dirty facility. Not filthy, but it's not maintained very well. It's been ages since I used a laundromat, but I've just moved and my laundry isn't set up yet. I would think that these machines could be paid with a card now rather than feeding 22 quarters at a time! At least install a bill feeder.

Called multiple times due to a no water error on their washer. Unable to retrieve items due to the error and lock.

With no answer from the owner(s) I've been stuck sitting for a few hours on a repeated 45 minute wash cycle.

I do my laundry on Sunday days after church this most recent time the  change machine shorted me 15 bucks. I call the number and nobody answers another time washing machine shorted me 10 bucks once again nobody answers the phone. Don't go if you have a choice

I live very close to another laundromat and drive the extra miles to this one! Not only is it cheaper but the machines are better quality and properly taken care of. They have a clean restroom thats unlocked most of the time, snack machine,and ample parking. The decor is beach themed and the overall feeling is comfortable. If you have to use a laundromat then this is the best in the area☺

Worst place ever!!!! spent $400 in the poker room while laundry was washing the old blonde lady came in running her mouth bout is that your laundry in there? Well u need to get it out!!! Mind u we set a timer and was only 2 mins behind and no others in there doing laundry, no others came in…due to the flooding I thought it would be a great idea to put money into a place that had been affected…I’ll keep away from there!!! No hospitality at all!! Very rude!!! Not very pleasant!!! I’ll never spend another penny in there til she’s gone!!! On God, worst place!!! And the only reason why it’s clean, is bc of the bs that woman shows to the customers… no one goes there so not much cleaning needed!!!

Lady who has the short white hair glasses and dark lipstick really needs to stop being ignorant to my wife. My wife said her name is Jerry. Every time my wife goes in the game room she harrasses her and says things like "oh i feel so bad for your kids" or "maybe you need to worry about you bills more than that room" and when she even goes to the atm she makes a comment like "oh youre not going in that room are you" its none of her buisness what mine and my wife financial ability is. Shes not ignroant to just my wife. She's like this to everybody and its bad for business.

What a HORRIBLE experience! The white haired woman with glasses and undeniable hatred for ALL PEOPLE, is extremely obvious! While washing laundry [oil gas feild] my crew and I took our chances on the poker machines [we always do and spend loads of money quite quickly, which isnt the issue at hand] while going about our business she persistently harassed EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WALKED THROUGH THE DOORS! making customers stop what they are doing to move vehicles, commenting to "gamblers" to not get lost in that room, coming in to belittle WOMEN MOSTLY and making it known to all around how much money the ladies were putting in the games. While pulling out a fellow crew members clothes and tossing on chair [he had his timer set and walked out to witness her throwing his CLEAN clothes all over chairs, some falling on the floor. We make 2 trips each week [hotel is just up the road however we enjoy having the machines to kill time while awaiting our laundry process to conclude] . Each time [earlier in the day]  she immediately greets us with rude , unsavory comments, in regards to the amounts of money WE CHOOSE TO spend on machines! We started with our entire crew and now only arrive with 4 fellas due to her unruly behavior! What employer would allow such destructive behavior, many of the regulars are relentlessly hounded and brutally talked about ruthlessly in front of all ears to listen, to the point many have just collected tickets and left! Thats bill money, taxes, PAYING CUSTOMERS walking out of this establishment and taking money elsewhere!! While witnessing her behavior towards a pretty young lady today [ who must spend time there often and handles the bitter witches behavior with grace something my coworkers have no patience for] that was the straw that broke this camels back! Unprovoked.  Unprofessional.
Unexceptable. Unbelievable. Degrading. We tend to refer to our new unruly ignorant rostdabouts on job sites as "domino's'. One single poop stain [dominos], can destroy, ruin, unhinge, cause mass negative effects from the inside which can cause mishaps near dangerous equipment and also make good , hard workers, (customers) dissappear, then an entire pipe pad is dismantled and noone sees a damn paycheck, and the days leading up to that conclusion are HELL AND UNPREDICTABLE,  NOT PRODUCTIVE AT ALL. THE DOMINO'S EFFECT IS VERY REAL!
moving forward, we will no longer be needing the services of this business. We have found another location that is pleased to provide my crew with respect and while conducting our business we do not wish to watch a particular witch bully and wipe her feet on EVERY CUSTOMER walking through this establishments doors! Its Unfortunate, we have made it known on all sites to avoid laundry hub services, which now has quite the negative reputation around us "oil lifers" and our familes!

There is an older lady who works here who has given me and my children problems since I’ve started going here. The most recent time(today), my babies was chasing a ball from the machines they have(walking and not running and there was only one other person in there who was perfectly fine with them chasing a ball) and she came in and told me that the children wasn’t disciplined and going to the laundry mat isn’t a family outing(had my mom come too to help so it’ll get done faster). The second time she came back, had the audacity to YELL at my kids(2 was mine and one was a friend’s). I bit my tongue and finished. Walked to grab a napkin for the baby’s mess and she had the audacity to ask me if all those kids was mine. I told her “yes they are. They are none of your concern. I’ve seen many kids running, hanging on the doors and climbing on the tables and you never said a word to them, so how about you let ME discipline my children and you do your job.” The AUDACITY she had to ask me if they were all my children. Extremely unprofessional. Remind you, that’s AFTER we spent about $50 in the toy machines on top of $20 for the washers and $45 for the dryers.

I love this laundry mat bc it's always clean, there always not to many people when I come in, and it's so affordable. I never have problems here. I usually come when my dryer has issues at home .. but Everytime I come it's always a nice visit.

Great laundromat! I like the floor plan and the machines do well. Pricing is reasonable and its clean in comparison to other laundromat I have been too!

Three of his machines have low water warning and the cloths wont get clean  so have to spend more money on another washer he owes us 17.75 called and he said he would send a check but still have not got anything from him needs to hire someone to check his machines to be a better place

I have never had any problems with the man that's runs this laundry mat. Its clean and other than children running up stairs pretty quiet. Plus free wifi. And vending machines for snaksand a bathroom.

Clean Slate Laundromat

Very clean. Very nice nice machines. They do a nice job. Pay app is great. I only gave them a 4 because there was a sign on the rest room door that you had to see the attendant for the key but there was no attendant. It is not customer friendly to have no rest room access when people are there for at least 2 hours. Please have a way to have restroom access or be sure an attendant is there . I realize you don't want anybody but customers using the rest room but figure something out. Thank you

Used the DexterPay laundry app from my iPhone, forgot to get quarters over the weekend. The app is SUPER easy to use and takes you step-by-step through the entire process. It will take a $25 charge from your method of payment to cover washer and dryer usage, then refunds the difference after 24hrs (or so). HIGHLY RECOMMEND the app!

Machines are $3 for the regular-size washers, $4.50, $6 (holds about four loads of laundry), $9, and $12 for the really BIG ones. Laundromat is extremely large, extremely well kept, clean, and well organized with lots of machines and dryers. Air conditioned, with snack machines Highly recommended.

I’ve been using this laundromat weekly for the past 3+ years, I spend anywhere from $10-$12 and there are others who spend more. Every time I’ve been in here the restroom is closed/locked.  I understand there is a lot of riff raff that hangs out, bumming money and just loitering, but for the paying customer who needs to take a leak during wash/dry/folding this is very annoying

The middle of the clothes did not get clean even in a washer that was not full. The dryers are only five minutes instead of the seven I am used to. The drink and snack machines were empty. By far the worst thing for me was that the restroom was out of service. For a business that you have to stay in for hours, I find this completely unacceptable.

I had a mountain of laundry to do… a good portion of it bedding and rugs.  I was looking for a good laundromat to go to and came across Clean Slate in Clarksburg WV. I DM’d the owner and got information.  They were prompt and courteous.  I cannot say how impressed I was.  It was clean and had so many options.  From 8X load capacity down to 2X.  They also have larger dryers.  I live an hour and a half away and will always make this journey when I need a laundromat.  They also have an app “Dexter Pay” that makes it so convenient.  No worries about cash and change.  The app also lets you know when your washer and dryer have completed their cycles.  Excellent business and well managed.
