My reception dress is a vintage dress from the 1940s that had damage and rust stains when I brought it in. I have been a regular customer of this dry cleaner. I have had no problems with my laundry in the past few times, but this time the experience was terrible. I sent an orange goose down jacket for dry cleaning, but when I got it back, I found that the jacket was stained and turned black, and it was completely different from its original color! I was very sad and disappointed that such expensive clothes were ruined by washing. What made me even more angry was that I did not receive any response after contacting the store, and there was no attitude to solve the problem at all. Such service is really unacceptable. I hope everyone will choose this store with caution!

Great service from dropping off the suit to the picking up of the suit! The employees as well as the owner are friendly and easy to deal with. They did their jobs with big smiles on their faces!
