The dryer didn't get very hot.  I dried one load for 43 mins and they didn't get all the way dry. I opened the door with 2 mins left to check them and it took my last 2 mins away.  Most of the dryers there were out of order.

Big washer didn't spin my comforter properly so that left it soaked and I've already tried to dry it four times, but it's not dry yet. Very upset about that due to the energy usage of the dryer.

Rude employees and tried to keep my money

NO WASHING MACHINES REALLY WORK,
The Dryers Barely Wanna work, You have 2 good ones by the Front Door, They have a soda Machine can't get a drink out after you Put your Money in. There's Always Trash on the Floor , it's open 24 hrs. You will loose your Money in the Washer Machines, You have to contact Someone , he's Always out of town working he says but He's watching the Camera they say. 🫣📢Wow give a Woman a week or weekend Job to get the community on good cleanliness Healthy Environments

It's for sure didn't look anything like this photo. It looks like the place has been ransacked by everyone who uses it. It's sad u try and provide a good laundry mat to people and they disrespect it and ruin it for decent people just trying to do their laundry.

Dirty, half the washer machines don’t work no staff on hand, one machine took my money and didn’t work it definitely needs a revamp. But I guess if you making money why fix it up.

I love what they did.  Upgrade machines low priced drinks and snacks for me and kids.     And clean...
