Went today for the first time. Was relieved to see that they even got an exchange machine that accepted $20's. It saved me an extra trip. Local was clean, and the employee was very nice. Took pictures of the place cause I noticed the ones uploaded on reviews were a little old. So I wanted to give new ones so people now how it looks recently. I definetly recommend this place. Just remember to arrive before 8:30pm cause that's the exact time you will have to wash and dry before closing time 🙏🏽

I'm not sure if I will go back here again. There's no one on duty to help when things go wrong. The wash machine I was using, well it says 7.00 dollars. I put that in and it would not work until I put another $1.50 in. Another customer said that he had the same experience with another machine he was using.
Another thing the machine I was using, putting the soap and softener in the trays, it's not clear exactly what slot is for what. Near the  dryer, you must be careful. I tripped 3 times on the cement slab that is there. Must of once had sinks there. Wish they were there now. There's no way to wash my hands. There's no bathroom either. 3 other customers said they wish there was a washroom/ bathroom. They are regular customers. I spoke with all the people there to get their feedback about the place. The company needs to do something about the cement slab before someone gets hurt like I did. Their lucky I didn't go to emergency room for the sprain foot I got from that.  At least the place was mainly clean.

Weeks went by and I decided to go and take another look.  I washed my big bed comforter. Between washing and drying it cost me close to $20.00. Wish it could have been a little lower in cost. At least by $5.00 or a bit more. For I also had rugs to wash and that was another $10.00. shop was cleaner and quiet at 10 in morning. Good time to go. Well go back to wash another comforter. I usually do not leave reviews, I come every week due to the cleanliness of machines and in working order, today when I came there was no change so I went to a smaller machine, the owner then walks in to change out machines and gave us and other ppl change needed plus a few extra dollars for waiting, there was a family here 2 kids and a mother obviously less then fortunate to charge there phones, I watched the owner give this family money and then the children asked if they can help him, so he let them hand him small boxes to fill up a machine then handed the family over more money for food and drinks, watching him do that restored my faith in humanity and was amazing to see, this man won my business for a long time the love he has for his customers, business and the ppl in the city is beyond amazing and deserves recognition.

The old man in the wheelchair who works here was incredibly rude to me. They closed early and as I was getting laundry out of my car he yelled at me. “ they don’t want people in the lot if they’re not doing laundry” I told him I was getting my laundry. As I got in my car and proceeded to search for another laundromat he proceeded to obnoxiously yell at me from the car he was in that the laundromat is closed and I can’t stay here. I wasn’t here for more than 5 minutes and got this treatment. It was extremely unwelcoming and indecent for this man to treat me with disrespect with no reference to who I was or how long I was present on the property. This man must have a very miserable life.
