Tap pay on each machine and convenient times. Owner is a nice guy too who occasionally stops by to say hi and make sure youre good.

Always clean with ample washers and driers. A family owned business now on the second generation. The owners are two of the kindest people too.

The machines were clean and I liked how you could use a credit card but there was no AC and no restrooms avaliable. And naturally I picked the hottest day to do laundry. The attendant was very nice and helpful. That woman did not stop cleaning the whole time we were there.

I have been coming here for over a year now. Today will be my last time coming because while I was gone, the owners thought it would be ok to remove my laundry from the washer because the cycle was finished. I was not there and do.not appreciate others touching my intimate laundry items. I will go to the other laundromat in n Quakertown from now on.

Do not bring your clothes here. They will absolutely destroy them. I brought them just about brand new pair of Jordan pants. They were cherry red, and now they are more burgundy. Looks like they wash them with black dye. Two pairs of black sweats came back with white stains all over them. I brought them a hoodie that has a giant stain ready in the middle of it now There before. And it’s like two shades darker. Gave them four pairs of garments two of them are completely ruined, and the other two are not the same. $300 down the drain.

Unacceptable Experience – Damaged Custom Garment and Quiet Payout
I brought a pair of custom-made designer pants to Payless Cleaners for standard cleaning and pressing. The pants were in excellent condition when dropped off, and cost me $165 when originally purchased. They were tailored specifically to fit me and held personal and professional value.

Unfortunately, after picking them up, I discovered that the waistband had been severely stretched, rendering the pants completely unwearable. When I returned to the cleaners to report the damage, the employee (Linh) acknowledged the issue, measured my waist, and promised a repair.

Days later, instead of fixing the pants, I received a private message offering reimbursement and asking to keep the matter “between us.” While I was eventually refunded, the situation was handled quietly, with no apology, no transparency, and no accountability for damaging a garment that could not be replaced.

The bottom line:
Payless Cleaners ruined my pants, failed to repair them, and only issued reimbursement after I insisted—and documented everything.

If you value your clothing, especially high-quality or custom garments, please think twice before trusting this business. What happened to me should not happen to anyone else.

You get what you pay for. "Payless" can come at a cost and I learned this through trial and error. I would not trust them with valuable items nor any that are delicate. I brought an adored dress that I only wore once to get dry cleaned. I know the condition it was in before I brought it in and have photos of wearing it right before taking it off and packing it in my luggage; the beading was in tact. The dress came back with missing beading and threads coming out; I spoke to the manager who assured me they could find a solution. Yet, upon inspecting the dress she took no accountability and basically told me that because all of the beading work wasn't damaged that it was the fault of the manufacturer for not sewing the beads in correctly. I felt pretty devastated. Not only did they ruin the beading on this one-of-a-kind dress, they also used pins on other delicate items to secure them to the hangers leaving holes. They stapled tags to the inside size and care tags of my clothes, some of them made from delicate material and are no longer readable. I would not take valuable items to them again and learned my lesson; cheap prices can come at a cost. My only saving grace with this experience is that out of the bundle I had dry cleaned was a hand painted Japanese kimono which they did a great job on; but I spoke to a worker beforehand about its delicate nature and that might be why they were careful.

Disappointing customer service.** This was my first—and likely last—experience with this business. Rather than the store taking the credit card fee for a purchase under $10, I was told I could either increase my total or pay with cash. When I shared my frustration with the young man at the counter, he showed no concern and didn’t respond at all.

Definitely the best dry cleaning service I’ve ever been to in Lehigh Valley. They are quick and great prices as well.

Never really used a dry cleaner before but my daughter's cheerleading uniform had a couple small stains and needed to be done. I wasn't aware that it's usually about a weeks wait. I needed it in 4 days. I was told they MIGHT be able to get the stain out (wasn't  a bad stain)but that it'd be at least a week. I understand in one way but at the Sametime emergencies happen and you could charge more for the rush factor of it or maybe they do that but she just didn't feel like it. Idk. Either way, I went to prestige dry cleaner and they assured me that they could get the stain out but that it'd cost a little more being rushed. It still ended up being cheaper than what they told me here for waiting a whole week.

This review is long overdue. Highly recommend!! With covid and most businesses closing I was able to find this gem. I came in for a bridesmaid dress to be altered. I had a short notice/small time frame. They were able to alter my dress in 3 weeks! I could not ask for better timing. My dress came back in time and it fit perfectly! PLUS super affordable

I brought a pair of jeans in for alterations. A week later picked them back up. She did a great job! I also, take public transportation and she allowed me to sit until time for me to go for my buses. Its been quite nipty out lately as well. So yes, I will be back for more services.
