This place was very clean with lots of different types of washers for different needs and the dryers dried a twin comforter on the low temp for 42 minutes with 6 minutes for a quarter on the reg. dryers (what I used) and 4 minutes on the jumbo dryers. The employee I interacted with for help with one of the machines pointed me in the right direction in a quick and very kind manner. They even have a dry-clean service (pay by weight) that I will use in the future; plus many other things like a clean restroom, well-stocked Soap Center, steam cabinet, lots of seating and folding areas along with many metal baskets on wheels to transfer clothes around the place easily. Also, the soda machine worked.

Brought large heavy comforter in for laundering.  It was too big for our washer and I didn't want to waste my time doing it there myself. Dropped it off on my way in to work and picked it up afterwards.  Nicely wrapped in plastic.

LIFE SAVER! SAME DAY SERVICE! My birthday is Tuesday April 13th. I ordered this really cute outfit from fashionova for my dinner party but the pants for too tight! Coronavirus weight gain maybe but anywho, I had to fit into these sequins pants! I didn’t know what to do but then she suggested I go to Anna’s lines and buy some fabric. Family Laundry provided great service! I signed up for the 8:00 - 10:00 PM pick-up time the same day, but I did not finish setting up my account until 8:40 PM. They still made it and picked up the dirty laundry at 10:00 PM! I have a steep driveway but they came to my door and inside my place as I am post-surgery and cannot put out laundry. My clean laundry was brought back the next evening. It was beautifully washed, sorted and tied into easy to separate bundles. I am very pleased with their service!

It's expensive but on union wages, it's affordable - saves my back from hauling laundry on the bus. Saves time (and I appreciate that on a FT job and hour plus commute) The clothes come back neatly folded, clean, no funnybunny odors because they use scent-free products, they pick up and deliver on time (or early, like today), they tell you on their web site how they're going to treat the clothes and they do what they say they're going to do.  Trustworthy, efficient and worth the money.

This place is it! We have used them for laundry service (pickup, wash, dry, fold, deliver) in the past and it is life changingly wonderful.
