The washer doesn't rinse the clothes well at all. I had to do two whole other wash cycles without soap, and it still didn't rinse them throughly. Rather than doing a fourth wash to see if that'll rinse, I'm going to a different laundromat.

I don't feel welcome at this place anymore, restroom is usually out of service or out of supplies and hate that they removed the vending machine for drinks. I'll drive farther from my home to go to a different laundromat.

I am very happy with this place. Its well located and a necessity if you don't have your own washer and dryer. There was a time when you would walk in and see a mess everywhere but it has been a few months since I have experienced that. The owner is very friendly and has rectified any issue I have had. I may be weird for this but I always smell the washer before I use it and they always smell clean. I would recomend this place but you have no other option so. . .

Someone took half of my clothes out of the dryer and put them in a cart. Reason = Unknown.... They obviously didn't need the dryer, or they would have taken all my clothes out and used it. Guessing a looter was looking for nicer clothes than what I buy! Good laundromat, but highly recommended you watch your stuff and stay there until it's done. Good ole Estherville... Full of thieves!

Establishment is generally clean, machines though are usually dingy and caked on with powered soap. I mean you come to clean your clothes and if where you clean them is dirty how clean will your clothes really be
