Been going here for a couple years and gotta say the service I receive especially from the employee Heyllie has been great! Always kind and respectful of my requests, her and the rest of the staff are a key reason that keeps me coming back.

They never open on time and the machines are  dirty….. one girl comes in in pjs and brings her kids, late of course…….. got here this morning and it’s closed right now supposed to open at 6 a.m…..I  took a picture for proof…….. to the owner….. this is every weekend not just today and it was not that bad….. I worked at a laundry place and always opened on time even when it snowed…. It only means you get up earlier and that’s called being an adult and having responsibilities and if you can’t handle that then you should get employed that can….. I’m only saying this because like I said it’s not just today it’s every weekend someone is late so don’t say because of the snow and ice, if it was actually a bad storm I could understand but it’s not bad out there if I could clean my car and be there for six so can the employee….. sorry not sorry

So thankful for Heyllie and all her help with our laundry I couldn’t make it through all the kids laundry if it wasn’t for her! Always nice, respectful and so helpful!

Decent Laundromat! Always an available washer & dryer ready to use. The place is a little old but does the trick. Only place close to walk and do laundry from my house so I'm VERY HAPPY THIS LAUNDROMAT EXISTS!

Prices are good. $3.25 - $3.50 for the smallest machines and one load can dry in about 25 minutes for $1.00.  There's not much room, but if you get there early, you can manage. The floor needs to be redone and the Security system needs a battery. It beeps every 5 minutes or so. Very annoying.

It was after u and I desperately needed to do a load of laundry for an important appointment tomorrow k called and the owner said if I got there quick k could do it so I got here quick and he let me after an employee called to ask if it was ok and it deff made my life so much easier and got me out of a tight spot, it's much appreciated and it's clean, inexpensive, and the employee had great customer service skills!!! 5*

I recently discovered this charming little shop run by a local family, and I can't say enough good things about it! A friend of mine pointed me in their direction, and I'm so grateful for that. Because my job requires me to wear a uniform, I occasionally end up with some pretty tough stains. After an unfortunate incident at work, my brand new uniform was ruined. I tried taking it to a few other places, but they couldn't help. Then I took my friend's advice and brought it here. When I picked it up, it looked as good as new! I highly recommend checking them out!

What can I say probably the best mom and pop cleaners around. Staff is always kind and friendly. Anything I need done special they always work with me to get it done as quick as possible. Everything is perfectly clean when I get my clothes back. Will definitely be back again!

The best customer experience I've ever had. I had a uniform that I turned in for dry cleaning and I wasn't able to pick it up on time (Forgot to have them call). The owner (Francisco) opened his store on a SUNDAY during closed business hours for me to retrieve the uniform. He went out of his way on his day off....and the uniform was perfect. Cannot recommend this business enough. Saved my skin, I'll never forget.

Laundry mat is great ! It’s clean and fairly priced , but I have to say this one attendant with a tattoo on her arm just can’t help herself from Constantly smoking weed in the parking lot then getting in someone’s car to smoke again , and then there’s me just trying to wash my clothes for work and I’m watching this , then she decides to start following me around for no reason VERY STRANGE …

This place is a joke
1. The most expensive wash dry to ever endure
2. No cash exchange or bill dispenser. You have to walk around the city in hopes you can break a 20

Owner must be smokin crack or something because I have never heard of paying over 10 dollars for a 2 load wash and not be able to break bills.

Employee was nice but I couldn't help but to feel for the poor girl who has to deal with the city folk who are probably blaming  it on her for it.

Noticed a changed in staff and management, DEFINITELY 💯 FOR THE BEST! Place is actually cleaned now they make sure it’s kid friendly with their own little section, machines are always spotless now before you could see the soap scum inside the washers and which made me go somewhere else , heard about new management and decided to give it another try , glad I did it makes me feel back home , THANKS Laundromax for the new staff and management would give 10 stars if I could !!!

For someone who newly has to go to a laundromat I am so pleased that I found the right one! It’s so clean (floors, and bathroom!) music is good and at right level and Jamie is always so welcoming and helpfully even though she’s always moving and doing!!

For about 4 months prior to moving to South Carolina, I had their company pick up and drop off my laundry at my apartment. Great delivery driver! Cloths returned perfectly folded!

When I first moved to Fall River I was looking for a Laundromat I tried two before I came across Laundry World. The two I went to prior first one was disgusting the machines had mold and caked up soap all over it I was sick
The second one had free dryers that was too hot and actually burnt my clothes I was pissed so I googled again laundry mat near me and came across Laundry World. I went there and the place was immaculate which is a big plus for me and the girl working was amazing friendly respectful and helpful her name was Tanya.  I continued going there a couple times and was happy and pleased every time. They was hiring and I loved the atmosphere so much I applied for a job. Best bosses I've ever worked for

Clean, friendly and not crowded. But 1 drawback, dryers are NOT FREE, like in so many other laundromats. So you end up paying more!

I had several items tailored here, and they were ready for pickup and hemmed/stitched exactly how I wanted, although it took a couple of weeks. Reasonable price, and good customer service.

This morning I called Delken inquiring about the process to have a king size duvet cleaned.

When I arrived,  I was informed that the water was turned off for maintenance and there wasn't a restoration time available.

Betty could see the disappointment in my face and informed me the soonest she could guarantee it would be tomorrow.

I arrived home from work later the same day  to a pleasantly surprising voicemail that my duvet was ready for pickup.

Thank you Betty for going above and beyond to have this ready sooner than promised.  Delken you are so lucky to have caring and considerate employees.   Well done.  I will be back for sure.

I want to say that Jennine is wonderful in the Dartmouth location. My complaint was not about her at all. It is about the hours of operation and you should bring Jennine back to Dartmouth. We love her.

This is my go-to laundromat, I come here every couple weeks...love the easy pay...and also Tammy is an exceptional employee she went above and beyond to help me!!

Plenty of parking, semi-clean. Friendly, extremely helpful people. Bigger than it looks. Plenty of machines and options. One of the few laundromats left where I feel comfortable enough to leave my clothes while I shop and know they'll still be there. Price friendly. Took me a sec to learn the new way of paying and working the machines. I wouldn't recommend the vending machines however.

Nice laundromat. I like how they open at 6am and the easy pay machine.

Manager is not enforcing the mask rule. She stands over you and complains that business is down while flapping her possibly infected lips in your face. 3 out of a total 5 people in the store (including the Manager of multiple locations) had no coverings.  It's a self serve location, but she goes out of her way to block you path to try to chat, mask-less. I told her I was uncomfortable in between loads, she said "I'm sorry you feel that way" and nothing was changed when I went to pick up my load.

Linda excels at customer service. Clearly loves her job and I went to this Delkin instead of one closer to home because of the way Linda answered my questions over the phone. She was so polite and kind on the phone I knew I was dealing with a good person

Constant breakdown of the machines, can’t wash sneakers in the washing machine, you have to put cash in the cards and get this they don’t even have an atm machine inside so you have to go to either a bank or a convenience store down the street just to get cash in an atm machine ridiculous .. get with the times we are in 2025 not 1995 and then what really got me was when they told a woman she couldn’t sit in the massage chair which set off an alarm unless she paid for it .. they have a chair that accepts credit cards but won’t have a system setup to take debit cards for the money card… do yourself a favor and go to laundromax

So my partner went to get our dry cleaning and unfortunately was $2 short. He went back to his car because he had tons of change, so he got back with all his change and unfortunately, he was now TEN CENTS SHORT. Now, YOU WOULD THINK after seeing my partner struggling, the individual working at this establishment would have empathy and let it go… cause I mean its only TEN CENTS. But sadly, she refused. My partner had to go to TWO other stores, to get change to get TEN CENTS to get our dry cleaning back. Keep in mind, my partner is a regular customer. It saddened me that my partner was not seen with any empathy or understanding after working a NINE HOUR SHIFT with a ONE HOUR commute to and from work. He works so hard then has to deal with such cruelty. I have worked at these sorts of establishments and I’m certain if the individual working the register explained the situation to the manager I am sure they would’ve understood. Also hello, its a laundrymat you mean to tell me you couldnt find ten cents on the floor somewhere? The lack of help was just so disgusting and disappointing.

Went for the first time and did a drop off. I had called earlier and the guy who answered said it was $1/lb. It was $1.25/lb but no biggie, it could have been a misunderstanding. However, they don't accept debit/credit or take bills over $20 and charged an extra $5 for a children's sized throw blanket when we picked up.
