I highly recommend City Cleaners and their leather treatment sources. They sent my Grandfather's 40-50 year old leather jacket out to be treated. They did an absolutely amazing job with it! I have been here several times. Once I found that my coat was moldy. I thought it was my own storage problem. This time I took my two skirts to wash, one of which was Burberry's denim skirt. After washing, the hem of the skirt was rolled up and not ironed neatly at all. And I still can see yogurt under the skirt. Very disappointed!

Dropped off my suit on Monday and on Tuesday I got a text saying it was ready for pickup.
Cannot be happier with the speed in which they cleaned the suit.
However, $22 for two pieces seems a bit pricey.
Pick up was a breeze and only took one minute.

I was visiting Akron from out of town to attend a wedding and needed a dry cleaner to press my dress. I chose First Choice because of the very high reviews, even though they were 15 minutes away. They did a fantastic job! Dress pressed to perfection. I dropped off Friday morning and picked up Saturday morning. Highly recommend!

Dropped off a neck tie to be dry cleaned. Seems rather simple. When I got home I noticed the tie appeared to have 3 burn marks on it. I returned to discuss this with the owners. They exclaimed it's the material. I asked him what could of caused these marks? They repeated it's the material. They made no effort to even refund the cleaning expense let alone pay for my tie. I highly recommended do not take anything of value to them. A paying customer deserves better.

Took my daughter's prom dress to be altered on a Monday her prom was that Saturday, they had it done by Friday. Will definitely be coming back for future alterations

If I could score this place it would be zero stars.im here on business and this place is a dump and very nasty .The washer didn’t soak up my clothes or I never seen soap in my washers.I felt like I had to take a shower an wash my clothes somewhere else.i seen roaches.plus if u don’t be careful you will fall through floor .my opinion this place is like a sum lord of a laundromat.

Yeah it's an older place but it's a staple of Akron and it's reliable it's cheap and there's never any issues especially overnight

My favorite and only laundromat I use and have been using for many years! They have whatever size washers that you may need, perfect for large families or built up loads of clothing! Friendly and helpful staff and respectful prices! Dryers work great and so does the snack machines🙂

My favorite place to do laundry. It may not be the fanciest laundry mat around but there is always a friendly person working there in case you have any issues. The price of the washers and dryers are better than any other nearby laundry mats and the dryers dry pretty darn fast. I would rather go to this laundry mat than to pay twice as much at another place so they can look nicer. ( the customers are paying for the place to look nice) Yet there is no one working at those places, no music, and no friendly faces. No thanks. Ill keep going to Hollands. Thank you!

Nice laundromat with plenty of up-to-date machines. Taking cards is a big plus and they take most.

I used my debit card for a 8 dollar wash but they taken 15 dollars from me and on top of that they changed a 3% on my card don't wash your clothes here the free dryer is a joke it's. 25c for 5 minutes.  I'm seeing alot of fake reviews.

Super clean facility. And extremely cheap. They give you free dryer rewards and rewards for being a customer. I'm grateful for a clean place for me to clean my laundry. I spent less than $15. So that $11 on a 9 loads washer  and dryers less $4. Graceful place for family, kid friendly and friends. Tvs and a always clean bathroom. Worker on duty and just a overall clean peaceful time washing your loads. Thanks for good service and area

After my first experience here, I probably won’t get my dryer repaired at home! I love it here in this clean place, friendly staff, free WiFi so I am able to  work while I wait! The woman who was working explained to me things I never knew about the machines which will save me money. I felt like the prices are good considering the price of my water bill at home. This is the worst laundry mat ever!!!!! I paid $7.69 for a large load washer and something was wrong and the washer only filled a little bit of water. None of my clothes in the middle were even wet, still had dirt and hair etc. When I brought it to the workers attention (little creepy ginger dude) he told me sorry about ur luck. Wow! This is my 3rd and last time at this laundromat. U lost a good customer.

I am in town for work and I hate doing laundry. I was looking for a place for hours that did fluff and fold so that I could just drop it off and pick it up later, I couldn't find anything. I just happened to drive by this place and stopped in and they said sure, we'll handle it. I dropped it off and went on my way and they called me within a few hours to tell me to come and get my stuff it was done. I will use this place for as long as I am in town and I recommend it to anyone who is like me and hates to do laundry. The price couldn't be more reasonable, the people couldn't be more friendly, and they did a beautiful job of cleaning my laundry and folding it better than I would ever be able to myself.

I think the machine quality and price were acceptable. The bathroom smells like pee, but then an air cleaner kicks in and it's all good again, lol. I like the card payment; it's much quicker than coin. The thing that's unusual is they must've gotten tired of people breaking the spin machine because it's gone.

Do not have any repairs or alterations made here. Always late. I tried giving them chances. A few times staff has answered and communication is difficult because of language barrier. I guess they are only good for dry cleaning. They also don't folloe instructions all the way.
