Told the older lady with glasses at the front that my pearl snap shirts were getting damaged when they press them , she told me to go somewhere else and was verry rude . They don’t care about your clothes or business , I won’t be back

I took in my son’s collegiate silk tie to be dry cleaned. Front office lady was very nice. When I got it back it was damaged. To the point that it can’t be worn. Owner said I didn’t have to pay but he didn’t accept any responsibility for it. So he thought the fair thing to do is waive the $5 service fee for a $65.00 tie. So I guess if you have a $800 suit and he charges $25 to clean it and he ruins it…he will just waive the fee. I WILL NEVER use them again. BEWARE.

Very disappointed in the downfall of service.
Went buy last night around 615.,,, no one there….
Last cleaning, shirts were good, pants stil had wrinkles. I’ll still use them, but would ask to improve.

I’ve tried to give them a chance several times but I will never take anything there again. They ruined 4 expensive camping sleeping bags and I took a nice wool jacket in there and it still had the same stains on it when I picked it up.
