I am both an IUP student and member of the us army national guard. Being that this place is close I have brought my uniform here the last 2 years to get it dry cleaned before military events. Two years in a row I have received my pants back somehow more stained, or with new stains. Last year they were able to send them back and have it amended this year the stain takes  up an entire pant leg and with my event being less than a week away there is no time to send them back.
I brought these in for the white stain pictured in the 3rd picture. The stain wasn’t able to be removed (that’s fine I understand sometimes that happens) but my pants were returned stained with what appears to be oil down an entire leg and covered in fuzzies.
I am extremely upset. I was told that “she could try and send it back but nothing might change” and that that large stain taking up the whole leg was there when I brought it in. I am certain it wasn’t.
I do not ever leave angry or bad reviews but pants are extremely expensive and time consuming to have tailored.
I will not be back.

I have been using them for the last 2 years.  usually have them dry-clean my husband’s dress shirts and pants for work.  They do a good job washing the cloths and ironing.  I do have to wait about a week to pick them up which isn’t a problem for me.

This place is a joke. I travel for my business and needed to find a dry cleaner to do some dress shirts and pants. I am in town through Sunday so I googled "Dry Cleaners" and this business pops up. The name is ONE HOUR Dry Cleaners. I get there at 11:30am on a Friday morning and the lady asks me when I want to pick my clothes up and I tell her some time tomorrow (Saturday). She looks at me and tells me there is no way they can be done until Monday afternoon!!! I asked her about the business being called ONE HOUR and she proceeds to tell me that was the old owners and that they no longer do 1 Hour cleaning. I stated that I was asking to pick up my clothing the next day and she then states that everyone was done working for the day!!!! A dry cleaners that is done at 11:30am for the day and they keep a business name that states ONE HOUR Dry Cleaners....again WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Took a cashmere overcoat to them for dry cleaning. I was astonished by the professional work done for it — and it only cost $14.00!

Gross place. Dog hair covering inside of multiple machines. Rusted out fronts allowing soap and water to trickle out onto floor. Other garments left in every machine and on top. Do not suggest doing laundry here.

Overpriced. One of my white garments ended up completely stained a red/brown color. Not sure what was in machine that caused this. I also had a machine eat a few dollars worth of quarters. I sent the owner a text message and he eventually stopped replying to me and refused to refund the money to me. I personally will just go to one of the other laundromats in town in the future because of this. Bad customer service and business from my personal experience.

Sink was broken and dripping but if you don't care about that it's a great place to wash laundry they have a lot of jumbo washers and dryers and it's decently clean. They have a bill exchange machine and provide laundry supplies thru machines as well. Their pricing is decent and my laundry dried fairly quickly.

I love that All of the normal washers and dryers are very new. And work great, The large triple load washers are older. But still good. Can be a little messy sometimes but I still prefer it, they are open later than most of the other laundromats.

Not bad for something I'm not used to not having my own facilities for, not bad at all. Could definitely be worse, but I suppose the extra cost is reasonable in this case, though still not ideal considering my apartment complex has limited access to available machines and we have no space for our own here. This is such a nice laundromat after the remodel. They took over the nail salon that used to be next door and drastically expanded. They now have large capacity machines capable of handling 8 loads. They also allow you to use an app to preload funds and then just scan the QR code on the machine to pay. The back area has seating and skill games (18+). Also has a very clean and spacious handicap accessible restroom. Huge improvement, definitely will be back.

I came here 3 months ago, and it was neat, clean, and tidy. I came back today to do large blankets, and it's a MESS. Trash all over the floors, soap dispensers dirty, quarter machine is broken, dust everywhere.  Management was here to fix the coin dispenser but left with the place still a trashy mess. So sad :-(

The business is a nice addition to our hometown.  Equipment is new and establishment is clean. There was 3 different size washers And left clothes smelling clean. It also has an app you can download and pay straight from your phone, even tells you which machines are available and when your laundry is done. Also, some games and snacks to keep you busy while you wait.

UPDATE: They more than TRIPLED the prices of things after the renovation. $5.75 for the CHEAPEST washing machine ($9.50 for most expensive), and $1.25 minimum to use the driers (unsure how much time that buys). The $5.75 laundry machines say they can fit 4 loads, but those must be the smallest loads in history, because the machines don't have 4x more capacity than the old top-loaders did; maybe about 1.5x their capacity, 2x if you're generous. Also, what about people who live alone and wouldn't need to wash that much at once?
This laundromat went from being the cheapest place in town to being possibly the most expensive. Yeah, sure, it looks nicer now and the machines are newer, but that doesn't matter when people can no longer afford to use the place. This place used to be one of the only decent, affordable places left in town, and now that's gone. There were enough ritzy expensive laundromats in Indiana already; the market for those kinds of businesses is oversaturated. Foolish and almost cruel business decision. This is textbook gentrification, alienating the town's population of blue-collar workers and college students.
Also, that flood of recent reviews all look fishy, like they were paid or were friends of the new owners.

I like how everything is new and modern. All the machines are efficient and fast. The floor is always dirty, but that's because of all day heavy traffic. Prices are standard laundry prices. The big washers are nice for beds and comforters. The free wifi is also nice. There's even a quater game and slot machines if your bored. This service was a gift from God!  Wow, they showed up the day that I called them and started drying out the water damaged flooring in my bathroom.  They were polite, prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and the whole team worked as a well oiled machine to get my house back in order.  Shawn, Ken, Josh and Austin are amazing and I am so thankful that they were the team working on our house.  I will recommend ServPro to everyone I meet because they are the best!

Had a mishap with our washer just after Christmas and it flooded our finished basement.  There was too much water for us to handle ourselves. We called Servpro and had a call back from Mikey in less than 30 minutes to set up a consultation. Mikey got to us ASAP, got the water extracted and set us up with equipment to dry everything out. Super friendly, communicative, professional, and efficient. The Servpro office, Mikey, and his team really came through for us over the holidays!

We had water damage caused by a plastic part on the back of our Whirlpool refrigerator that had snapped off one night after using the water dispenser. A lot of water rushed underneath in a short amount of time, saturated the drywall behind the refrigerator, and made its way into the basement. It was "raining" from the basement ceiling until we were able to reach the refrigerator water line shutoff valve.

The very next day we opened a claim with our homeowner's insurance and SERVPRO was at our home within a couple of hours. The team that took care of our home was awesome! They made sure they covered all areas while doing the moisture mapping and knew exactly what needed to be done to help us dry the walls, basement floor, and ceiling. decent size laundromat with about 14 washers.  2 were marked out of order. There were tables and stools to fold your laundry and a couple of carts.  I didn’t use the dryers.  Parking was on premises

Area is open and has seats and tables to work or fold clothes. It's not crowded at all. Very few machines currently out of order.
Used to be one of the more expensive places in town, but is now one of the cheapest, purely by virtue of not randomly jacking up their prices to an insane degree like their competitors did.
The driers still are pretty bad, though, so two stars off for that.
I think the driers are so bad because the lint traps are stuffed with lint (that cleaning the screens won't remove, because it's stuck in the cavities around the screen). If they had some technicians come and unscrew the grates and fish the lint balls out, they'd probably be fine.

It's alright for washing clothes, some washers broken, dryers I don't use because I heard they were all bad, I take my clothes to a different Laundromat to dry them.

This is the worst laundry mat…no wonder it’s always empty. When I first went I thought to myself… great there’s not a lot of people, the washer worked fine and the place is somewhat clean. For cleanliness I give it a three for everything else I give it a zero! None of the dryers work and while I was there and it was happening (the dryer was eating my quarters, had to keep switching dryers…😡 . I  had to be at work in just a few short hours) I called the owner and she said sorry I’m out of town nothing I can do about it now I could meet with you Monday and give you a refund. No …how about you just make sure that your equipment works is what I’m thinking. She obviously does not care. 👎

$2 for wash and 25¢ per 6 minutes of drying, so $4.50 for a whole load. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. After an hour of drying the clothes were the same as they were before I put them in the dryer. And I did three loads in three different dryers, so the ones that aren’t being serviced all suck. Not the cleanest or well kept either.

WARNING closes before 12! Been going here for awhile, very good machines. It is currently 11:42 at the time of writing this review. The posted sign says they close at midnight and doors have already been locked 17 minutes before posted closing time. I needed my laundry for work in the morning, and am locked out. Will be going elsewhere moving forward.

Been going here for a few years every week roughly around the same time, it's nice you start to see the same people that also have their routine, I've never had any issues. If you have any issues they re very quick to help. The prices are pretty reasonable also.

Washed 3 loads. For a 3.50 a load. Nearly 10 bucks n change pressed hot water on all..... and all ended up being ice cold instead of hot. Now clothes doesnt even look clean still filthy and stains barely lifted off from the wash....a quarter of the washers wont drain and had to hand wring my fiancees laundry just for it to be stored in dryer properly. Read a paper saying for .50 its 8 minutes added by another 25 for additional 4 minutes yet its .50 for 4 minutes and another .25 for 4. All coin exchanger machines were all out of service had to drive around to see to exchange some money for coins. Clothes still dont smell fresh and clean.... just musky and dry.  Also purches a heavy duty cloth laundry bag but what came out of a plastic bag and it ripped easily.... place is Absolute garbage. I'll take my business else where.

This place was a 4/5. Laundry prices went up to $3.50 for the washer now and about $2 for drying. Usually I’ll do schoolwork while waiting for my laundry. Only had a few problems one dryer towards the food machine ate my money and coin machines run out often. Just a normal laundromat
