Brought in 2 lab coats to be cleaned. It was nice to have them ready in 2 days. However, when I went to go pick them up, the price was almost $40! I've never paid so much for dry cleaning including formal dress wear! There is still a dark spot on my sleeve but otherwise, they were pressed appropriately. I will not be coming back due to the extremely high price.

Tessa is absolutely amazing!!! I was in desperate need of her services ASAP and she made it work. Backstory; I received my bridesmaid dress back from alterations damaged with a MASSIVE grease stain. I know, talk about anxiety! I was two days away from flying out to be in my best friends wedding and I was freaking out about how I was going to get this grease stain out of my dress. Tessa didn’t promise she’d be able to get it out, but she did promise to provide great care, and try her absolute best. Sure enough, the stain was about to come out and a disaster was avoided! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Harris cleaners if not for their services alone, but for how everyone cares about the customers and try’s their best for them! I’ve included photos of the grease stain, photo immediately after dry cleaning and the day of the wedding!!!

I wore my mother's dress at my wedding earlier this year. We took it to Harris cleaners before and after the wedding. It was beautiful on the day! We took it back, muddy and dirty after our beautiful day, and it was again restored to it's beautiful state.

It's always a little uncomfortable to hand your clothes over to a new cleaner for the first time. With all the effort when buying clothes between finding the right size, custom tailoring, and all that cost, you want to make sure they're taken care of. You don't have to worry coming here though. I've been a repeat customer for a while now, and it's been in large part thanks to the consistent, high quality of service.

They took my dress shirts for launder ling and pressing, then without notification they charged me over double for some of them because they “required hand pressing.”  $5.50 a shirt!  They said that because they contain a certain type of material they can’t be used in the standard press. These years are at least 3-5 years old and have been laundered and pressed at several other dry cleaners and I was never told this or charged this ridiculous rate. Sorry, but it sounds like a complete scam. If a service is going to be different and cost double than quoted, you should call the customer for approval.  Imagine if it were a vehicle repair or home repair. They aren’t going to charge double without notifying the customer. Bad business and I won’t be going back!  I recommend you stay away, too.

This is not a recommendation - it is a beware message.  I took a new skirt that I had worn for 3 hours to the cleaners. There was a very small hairspray spot near the hem and because I loved the skirt and it was new I decided to have it cleaned professionally. It came back with a large discolored (almost bleached out) spot about the size of a fist half way up the skirt. They insisted that I had another spot there - probably perfume. I don't wear perfume! In the end, they said there was no way they could have done anything to the skirt - it was me. I left almost in tears. So disappointed - dishonesty and lack of responsibility on their part. Don't take anything you love or treasure to "Best Quality Cleaners". Definitely not the best quality or service.

I had a short fused need to get a suit and sport coat cleaned.  They delivered same day, they look great, and at a great price.  I'll be back.

They appeared have washed my clothes instead of dry cleaning them. Both pair of my pants are completely faded & have shrunken to the point they no longer fit. And they put creases in my pants which causes a fade line the length of my pants. Both pair of jeans cost my over 80$... Now I have to donate them!!!

Stay Away!

I’ve used this cleaner twice, . The first time, I was told the cost per shirt was $3. When I dropped off 13 shirts the second time, I expected the same price—$3 per shirt, which should have totaled around $39 plus  tax. Instead, I was handed a receipt for $60!

I paid it, but I won’t be coming back. If you don’t want to be overcharged with inconsistent pricing, I suggest you take your business elsewhe

My wife and I love going to Yun’s for our dry cleaning! We’ve  always gotten our clothes back in a reasonable time and a decent price. The customer service makes it feel like a friend is doing it for us because he always remembers who we are!

I have been going to this cleaner for 6+ years and when I returned from an international business trip I dropped off over 8 items. Now, he claims I never dropped them off and refuses to reimburse me for the loss, which was in excess of $300 as the clothes were purchased for my international trip. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER as he does not stand behind his services.
