Best wash-and-fold service in town! I dropped it off in the morning before work and picked up 45lbs of laundry that evening. Prices are really fair and the workers and owners were very friendly. You can choose the type of detergent you want as well. Excellent service; thank you!

I urge strong caution against using this laundry facility after a recent interaction with the owner.

My boyfriend and I arrived around 5:30 PM EST with 4-5 loads of laundry after hosting family during the hurricane. While exchanging money for quarters at the change machine, a middle-aged man approached us aggressively, asking, “Are you doing laundry here?”

“Yes,” we replied.

“Where is your laundry?” he demanded, raising his voice.

“In the car,” we explained, having just arrived moments before.

“Let me see it then,” he insisted, pointing at us.

My boyfriend asked if there was a policy regarding the change machine, noticing no signage about it. The owner then accused us of trying to take his money and told us to leave, yelling that we were banned. Patrons looked on in shock.

Despite our calm responses, he continued to hurl insults at us. My boyfriend finally spoke up after enduring the abuse, but the owner followed us outside, antagonizing him by asking, “What did you say?” repeatedly.

Feeling threatened, I locked the doors and started the car. The man circled us, making us feel unsafe. We were there for only about five minutes, but his behavior was alarming and uncalled for.

This experience raises serious concerns about the owner’s temperament. If I had been alone, the situation could have escalated further. Previously, I felt unsafe visiting this location alone due to unsavory characters around.

I urge anyone to think twice about this laundromat. Reviews mention that their machines can ruin clothes, and I recommend Spin City down the road, which has better machines and a much more respectful atmosphere. My boyfriend and I have never faced such blatant disrespect from any business owner before, and we just wanted to do our laundry.

Friendly and courteous staff.  They did a great job on my son's JROTC uniform.

I brought a suit in to have it cleaned on Thursday and let them know that I needed it for Saturday morning. They said they'd have it to me Friday no problem. Apparently my suit code had a small separation in the seam. Probably an inch long. So it's their policy to not dry clean anything with a hole in it. They didn't let me know until pick up. If they let me know in the morning I could have taken it anywhere or even repaired the tiny hole. Now I have no suit for my function Saturday morning. Thanks a million.  Plenty of apologizing but their process is garbage.  They had my telephone number and my email address. They could have easily let me know in the morning when they found it.  Never again.

$400 John Elliott shirt ruined and the place will not respond because obviously  they followed 100% the dry cleaning instructions on the shirt.   It was in great condition when it was left at this location and returned to me trashed. They even blamed the manufacturer. It was the shirt's fault! It was the second time I dry cleaned it (the first time at a different location of course.) I'm not saying that a few clothes will be returned as they should, I am saying be prepared to lose your clothes and for them NOT to respond to you because they will never ever be at fault. You have been warned. Be aware of this place. Perfect and easy business model to cash in if you are never responsible for damages because people are going to trust in your word? What this business is has a term but I will leave it up to your discretion.

I have taken my cleaning … men’s and women’s clothes, leather goods, quilts, bedspreads to Quslity Cleaners for the past 10 years. I’ve always been satisfied with their work, it’s always ready on time and I have always been treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. Never a smile or a “hello” or “thank you”… ALWAYS come in weekly with same blouses for “press only with starch” and today was charged $4+ extra and when I asked why such a difference, she said I didn’t say press only (I definitely did)… then she says to me “it’s only $4 more”… I said it’s the principal and will be going elsewhere…

I brought 7 short sleeved shirts in for wash and press, usually around $5 to 6 dollars per shirt. When I picked them up she said they required hand ironing due to the fabric content and charged me $76.27 for 7 shirts then gave me $5 off for a new customer. If they had called with the new price I would have washed and pressed them myself but no call.

We are new to the area and I only paid $6 per for the same shirts previously. There are plenty of cleaners nearby, so be sure to ask for a price upfront. A phone call would have saved them a customer, but I will not be returning here to be ripped off again.

Quality cleaners will damage your clothe and won't do anything about it!!!

I brought an expensive leather jacket to get it "professionally cleaned" and when I picked it up I noticed that it was not the same color and the leather looked dry.

I decided to go back to speak with the manager to see what could be done. When I arrived one employee kindly told me that the manager would call me to see how we could make it right.

Never received a call in 3 weeks so I ended up going to the store to see what was the deal. Because I realize that accidents happen, I went with all the respect and just asked for my jacket and what was going to be the solution for their mistake. Then the store manager treated me like garbage and had a horrible attitude. she said all she could do was to give me a store credit!

That's when I started to get nervous and kindly asked her to lower her voice and to stop with the bad attitude and explained that a store credit would not help since I would never use their services again.

To my surprise she started to yell even louder.

So please! Don't ever leave your clothe in hands of these mediocre people.They would never take ownership of their mistakes, instead they will treat you like garbage!! I guess this business treat people like they see themselves, like TRASH! They literally look like TRASH!

They are expensive, careless, irresponsible, rude and low class people!
