Maplewood Wash House - Big Bend Coin Laundry

No attendant on premise.  Three customers need assistance including me.  Cash machine spit out insufficient coins.  Washing machine coin feed ate over $5 in cash, jammed and did not return coins.  TERRIBLE, nonexistent customer service. I called Dexter   App for assistance -this is a Dexter laundrymat- and no response.  No one has time for this nonsense.  We have tasks to accomplish.

Update ! They are kind of falling off. The washer didn’t fill up with water twice : so I’m disappointed. The clothes are practically dry spinning around !! I’ve called about this before and left a message and NO one got back to me ! SMH

This the only laundry mat I prefer to use!! Just be sure to look at the live feed on how busy they are bc it can get really busy ! Always clean. Dryer free if you wash here. I never really have issues. But if I do the attendant usually fixes it ! Also they open early enough for you to start washing before the sun ☀️ comes up lol.

I haven't had to go to a laundry mat for years but this place is fantastic. Helpful employees and even the customers are super nice. It is relaxing to go here for me.

The prices are very reasonable and I love the big dryers and it's free to dry if you wash there.

It was a really nice place, the largest washer was $14.00. I added extra rinse and prewash.. without that I think it was $13.25 the dryer is free. I put my clothes in and left. I was able to call up there and the lady started my dryers again.. they ran for 15 minutes at a time..
