Absolutely ruined my wedding dress. This place was recommended to me by another dry cleaner. I went in and shows them dress and asked if they would be able to clean it, and was reassured they could do it but it would be a few weeks. I stopped back in to pick it up and my custom made, $5,000 wedding dress was pink. Completely ruined. The person I talked to just kept telling me to contact the dress company and didn’t speak English very well. I cried all week long. I’m at a loss and completely devastated. It will never be the same again.

I recently had a coat expertly altered at Cardinal Cleaners. It was perfectly done and very reasonable with a quick turnaround time. The fabric is very heavy and was difficult to work with. I was in expert hands. I was so impressed with the quality of the work that I brought in 3 more items to be repaired and was equally pleased with the results. The service was friendly and I look forward to going back to the store .

My family and I have been going here for years. They have cleaned untreatable spots, sewed up tears, and tailored dresses. I’ve never been disappointed! I’m grateful for their wonderful, reliable service.
