CD One Price Cleaners

Pricing really is too good to be true. Ruined a designer dress by steaming out the pleating (that was very clearly there by design) and marking the collar. Disappointed that this was ruined after just one wear.

The counter person was cheerful, eager to help and explained about other locations that might be more convenient. All clothes were laundered with heavy starch and without any extraneous creases. The cost was less than American Cleaners using a coupon. I was very pleased with both the friendly attitude of the staff and the quality of the laundered clothes.

We have always been very satisfied with the service and the quality of CD One Price Cleaners. This has been our go to dry-cleaner for a number of years now. All the People are friendly and so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend CD One Price Cleaners.

I did not experience the service of work. I work up at 6:30am on a Saturday. Google stated they open at 7:00am. I arrived they wasn’t open. The door stated 8:00. So I left and arrived at 8:00 not open. Employees arrived maybe 8:11 okay I went in asked about the same day service for a press. He stated that’s only on Monday-Fridays. I stated the website didn’t stated different days nor time change. His response was that’s the franchise site. So I left with out service. Definitely wasn’t happen to get up so early for no service.

I am big on customer service and greeting customers when we come in to spend money with any business. On 3/19/25 I walked in and there was a guy at the counter separating clothes who never looked up at me to greet me so I stood there for about 30 seconds. Mind you he was facing the front door, he never said anything so I said "Hi how are you?" He never said hi back but said how can I help you. 🚩 as i was telling him want service I need he never acknowledged what i said just started typing in the computer and took my clothes. So I took it as he's having a bad day no big deal. We all have them. So I brushed off cause they do good work. So today 3/20/25 I go to pick up my clothes and there's a young lady who helped me. So me being me I walked in and said hi how are you with my ticket in hand she never said hi back but took my ticket scanned it and got my clothes. It's no good feeling when you spend your money with people who don't acknowledge you in their business. Probably won't be back...
