Very Happy with the services provided.
I dropped off two wool jackets and one of them was very dirty. Both of them look amazing now and I really do appreciate the owners kindness and his work.  Thank you Sir, I will be back!!!!

Originally I gave this business a 5 star review, because working with them was hassle free and I felt like everything we paid for was taken care of. But after receiving this 'cleaned and preserved' wedding dress, I changed it to 1 star. Tried talking to the owners, but their daughter was the only employee on site, and she wasn't even really an employee.
The problem wasn't with their daughter, but she called her mother to try to fix the situation, and the mother was hell bent on telling us that they've been doing this for almost 40 years, and have never had a complaint.
Pictures attached are the preserved dress we received that's in an air tight cardboard box. Imagine opening this box in 'X' amount of years, to give this dress to your daughter and seeing a dress that was supposedly preserved and seeing its still off color, mildly dirty, and just thrown into this unopenable display box that you're not supposed to display.
We'll be taking this to another location to get it fixed.

No system in place to notify the customer that their clothing is complete. No ticket, no estimated time frame. When I dropped off I asked them how will I be notified that my pieces are completed and they said they would call me. I received one call at 30 days saying that they would not hold on to my pieces past 30 days. When I picked up he said, they don’t call, and couldn’t give me an explanation of how I’m supposed to know when I’m pieces are complete. Was rather dismissive like I’m the idiot for not knowing when my items are ready for pick up.

I will never step in that place again three suits $94. I’ve never paid that kind of money before and the two that he promised to have on Wednesday they were dropped off on a Friday before weren’t done a rip off sloppy work.

They have excellent service! I occasionally bring my clothes to them to have them cleaned and they do an excellent job! They can remove tough stains and my clothes are always professionally pressed, and cleaned! I high recommended this dry cleaners!
