I come to this place all the time for about 8 years now, and I just came in here and there this young guy with what looks like this ponytail, I did come at 10 to closing, but that doesn’t matter, he was super rude! Don’t be so much in a hurry to leave that you think it’s okay to treat your customers that way, bring back Mr McPherson.

Typically have 0 issues here but today they have lost my business. They charged me $7.30 (when I’m usually charged $3.65) to launder shirts. Don’t worry, it gets worse. They had dry cleaned one of my shirts (which I had told them just to launder) and charged me $16.45. That is absolute fraud and robbery. I am well aware of inflation and the increased cost of living but to charge DOUBLE is absolutely absurd. I’d be totally okay with a reasonable increase as everyone needs to eat but this really pissed me off.

Such good service!!! I asked them to replace the zipper on my jacket. They told me it would take 8 days, it took 3. The new zipper is really nice quality and pops on my jacket. Grateful to keep my jacket and this zipper adds more years to it. Grateful they are close by. Thank you McPherson Cleaners!!

Very unprofessional. Was supposed to have a suit ready by Friday. Showed up Saturday to pick it up and was told their machines went down and it wasn’t ready. Didn’t bother to let me know that with any kind of advance.

I didn’t like how she asked what it was after being unable to clean dirt out when I knew it was dirt and she said no it wasn’t dirt…. Yes it was. I know what it was and I thought it was so rude that I wanted to leave this review.
