Been coming here for years now and always got my stuff back quickly and cleanly. Most recently I dropped my clothes off on a Wednesday afternoon and it was ready the very next day even though I said I didn't need it until Saturday. They sent me a text when it was ready and take apple pay, easy and convenient!

Shay is the best.  I have had my clothing altered for years here and always received wonderful service.

I brought my 30 year old jacket in for a repair of the pockets. I got it back and they had painted the jacket. They didn’t off to give me my money back. This was a worn jacket from 30 years of use.

Don’t go to this place. They will rip you off! The lady is very disrespectful. The price they are asking is 3 x more than other dry cleaner. And they didn’t not even do a good job.

They had always been very nice people until I requested a refund after half of the buttons on one of their washers didn't work, I had to do a short wash and then use another washer. We had a back and forth, I was refunded only half of my requested amount, then was told that I was cheap and couldn't come back again. The nicer wife said some words to calm the husband down. There was no name calling on my part and I wasn't responsible for their washer not functioning fully.

I brought my wedding dress here at the recommendation of a friend and they offered a great price and were very thorough and knowledgeable. My dress was silk and was pretty dirty and when they weren’t able to get the stains out completely they were super transparent and didn’t charge me for the service which I really appreciated. While I was sad they were able to save the dress I really appreciated how hard they tried and the honest and transparent communication. Highly recommend going here for bridal cleaning!

I’m so glad I found this alterations place! Had a dress that was dragging on the ground and they shortened & hemmed it to tea length- $39, also included steam/pressing). Quality of work is excellent, and Marlon is really pleasant & professional to work with! Turnaround during the down season is within several days depending on the complexity, but during the busy season it can be 1-2 months.

Marlon not only has the most reasonable prices, but he does the best work. I also have a small silk bedding business and he helped me write all of the wash instructions for the products, and my clients ship their bedding here from around the country because it’s actually more economical (yes, there’s the shipping footprint but beats driving all around town trying to find someone who knows how to clean silk bedding). This is a family business and everyone works really hard and deserves more clients, so please go!

The first time I came back to pick up my item, 70% of stains were still there. The second time there were these 70% + a new small black stain. The third time the news stain was gone and the other stains were still there. Only on my final visit did I get some kind of apology or explanation. Don’t know if a different place would have done better or the stains are just impossible to remove, but I do appreciate it when people take ownership of their messups, these guys don’t.

I'm visiting SF for a few days and forgot to bring a jacket with me so I quickly bought one at a thriftstore. It was important for me that the cleaners had a fast turnaround since my time in the city is limited. I arrived there on a Tuesday close to the end of the day and asked if they could have it ready by the next day. The lady in the counter said it was possible but by 5pm. I got there at 430 and they had it ready to go. When I tell you that the jacket looked like freaking brand new, I'm not exaggerating —I didn't even recognize it for a minute. So, long story short: I am extremely pleased, give them all of your business.

I came here to get my white crepe wide leg pants hemmed and they ended up 5 inches shorter than I’d asked for! I asked for my height +2 inches so I can wear them with heels but the hemmed the pants to hit above my ankle. This happened despite me trying on the pants in store and them measuring the inseam while I had them on

They are the best cleaners, so friendly but also just good at taking care of clothing. They have never lost an item and they have cleaned my shirts and other household items for over a decade (so that's thousands of chances to) with a perfect record. DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Look at recent reviews. This place has gone way downhill. I had previously gone here for dry cleaning a handful of times without incident. My girlfriend stained her favorite white jacket with strawberry juice while on a work trip. I took in the jacket and pointed out the stains like usual. When I went in to pick up the piece a week later all of the stains were removed except for the biggest, most obvious one, which I thought was odd. When I asked about it, the proprietor said they would try again and to come back in 1-2 days. I came back two days later and he said the stain wasn’t budging, but based on where he retrieved the garment from and the way he spoke, it didn’t seem like he was being completely honest and I’m pretty sure they hadn’t made another attempt to remove the stain (in addition to likley unintentionally skipping the big stain originally). I took the jacket home and did what I probably should have done first, try to remove the stain myself. Magically, a few minutes with a Tide To Go pen removed the stain that a professional drycleaner was unable to remove purportedly after multiple attempts. Bad enough that they failed to accomplish a simple stain challenge, but even worse that they lied about it instead of acting with professional respect and integrity. I had read and my own previous experience was that this dry cleaner was brusque/unfriendly/borderline rude, but honest and skilled so I guess he’s now just rude, dishonest, and incapable.

Sea Breeze Cleaners is my new go-to. They remove even the toughest of stains, and somehow always have our items ready early. Once they were able to steam clean a leather bag (which two other cleaners turned down) with great results, in 10 minutes!!

I've bounced around to a couple different dry cleaners and have finally settled on these guys as my go to cleaners. I've had just about every experience you can have with any dry cleaning service from good to bad and and in between but this place being the one place that is all good. They have such exceptional service and a great turnaround. They've been able to get out stains that no other dry cleaners have been able to. Nothing ever goes missing and everything comes back super clean. They are probably the best kept secret as far as dry cleaners go.

I dry cleaned my white shirts with this dry cleaner, and they turned every one of them yellow in splotches. When I brought the shirts back to ask if they could fix it, they accused me of spilling white wine on every single one of them. I don’t even drink white wine. They did not compensate me for the shirts, or the cleaning, and yelled at me.

THEY ARE THE BEST!!! 🥇 I arrived at 9am asking for a zipper fix for my work pants and asked politely if she'd have them done by 11am. She told me maybe. I said coo... I came back at 1145 am and boom! I paid $65 to have the seat taken in and a little tapering of the legs. When I tried them on, they felt better, but still had quite a bit room to have the seat taken in more. After yelling  back and forth with a coworker, they said they could take it in some more. After all the  back and forth, I just gave up and left. Very rude, bad customer service,  and quality of workmanship . Save your money and try another shop. Would not recommend

Brought in a baseball-style jacket to be re-lined. At first she said my jacket "wasn't worth fixing" which felt shocking and rude. Then, after much deliberation between colleagues in a language I don't know, she quoted me such a huge price, with an obvious disdain for the project, that I declined. Cannot recommend.

The people that come here for dry cleaning seem to be regulars and the owner has a great rapport with them.

I came here to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. Asked for it to be just above the ground, but half of my foot was showing instead. This was quite frustrating for me because I paid $105 for the service ($85 for hemming, $20 for strap). I brought my dress back and asked her to undo the strap adjustment to bring back some length, however this did result in my dress being lower on my chest which is what I was originally paid for to avoid.

I’m relieved we were able to somewhat fix the issue and we got the job done, but the original mistake, the back and forth to fix it, and the price, made this is difficult experience for me. :(
