THEY ARE THE BEST!!! 🥇 I arrived at 9am asking for a zipper fix for my work pants and asked politely if she'd have them done by 11am. She told me maybe. I said coo... I came back at 1145 am and boom! Done dada! Finished service. I was appreciative of her sense of urgency 💯 didn't know what to expect, if nothing else I was still showing up to pay my bill🤷 freeeeessshhhh😎⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I paid $65 to have the seat taken in and a little tapering of the legs. When I tried them on, they felt better, but still had quite a bit room to have the seat taken in more. After yelling back and forth with a coworker, they said they could take it in some more. After all the back and forth, I just gave up and left. Very rude, bad customer service, and quality of workmanship . Save your money and try another shop. Would not recommend

Brought in a baseball-style jacket to be re-lined. At first she said my jacket "wasn't worth fixing" which felt shocking and rude. Then, after much deliberation between colleagues in a language I don't know, she quoted me such a huge price, with an obvious disdain for the project, that I declined. Cannot recommend.

The people that come here for dry cleaning seem to be regulars and the owner has a great rapport with them. I came here to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. Asked for it to be just above the ground, but half of my foot was showing instead. This was quite frustrating for me because I paid $105 for the service ($85 for hemming, $20 for strap). I brought my dress back and asked her to undo the strap adjustment to bring back some length, however this did result in my dress being lower on my chest which is what I was originally paid for to avoid. I’m relieved we were able to somewhat fix the issue and we got the job done, but the original mistake, the back and forth to fix it, and the price, made this is difficult experience for me. :(

Fair price, quick work, good service. This is not a tailor. They alter in-house. Great spot to repair your clothes on a quick turn around.
