Best Cleaners

The first time I came back to pick up my item, 70% of stains were still there. The second time there were these 70% + a new small black stain. The third time the news stain was gone and the other stains were still there. Only on my final visit did I get some kind of apology or explanation. Don’t know if a different place would have done better or the stains are just impossible to remove, but I do appreciate it when people take ownership of their messups, these guys don’t.

Very nice people who own this place, but when I picked up all three jackets today, two wool and one silk, they smelled of menthol cigarettes. Please don’t smoke inside your establishment. Thank you.

I'm visiting SF for a few days and forgot to bring a jacket with me so I quickly bought one at a thriftstore. It was important for me that the cleaners had a fast turnaround since my time in the city is limited. I arrived there on a Tuesday close to the end of the day and asked if they could have it ready by the next day. The lady in the counter said it was possible but by 5pm. I got there at 430 and they had it ready to go. When I tell you that the jacket looked like freaking brand new, I'm not exaggerating —I didn't even recognize it for a minute. So, long story short: I am extremely pleased, give them all of your business.

I came here to get my white crepe wide leg pants hemmed and they ended up 5 inches shorter than I’d asked for! I asked for my height +2 inches so I can wear them with heels but the hemmed the pants to hit above my ankle. This happened despite me trying on the pants in store and them measuring the inseam while I had them on

They are the best cleaners, so friendly but also just good at taking care of clothing. They have never lost an item and they have cleaned my shirts and other household items for over a decade (so that's thousands of chances to) with a perfect record. They also do alterations and repairs, which I find very convenient.
