Village Valet

I dropped off clothes for dry cleaning on Tuesday and was told I could pick them up Saturday. I let them know I was leaving for a business trip Sunday. Mid day Saturday, my clothes were not ready and they asked me to come back Monday. I made a fuss about it because I need these clothes for my trip. They reluctantly agreed to have them ready later that day. They asked me to come back 3 hours later, which I did, and I had to wait 10 minutes for my clothes to be finished. There was no apology, excuse, or explanation for not delivering the service as agreed upon. I hate to write negative reviews, but I don't want someone else to wind up without clothes for a business trip like I would have if I had come to pick my clothes up a little later today.

I have been to many different dry cleaners in the Southern Tier. Village Valet is by far the best around! I have brought in some items where I have thought, “there is no way they will get this stain out.” They ALWAYS do! Not only that, but this is a family owned and operated business and they are the nicest people. I plan to go to Village Valet for years to come. Highly recommend!

Excellent and honest cleaners. They were able to remove 15 year old cat urine from my leather and fur Shearling. Now it's like new again! (1st pic is a before, 2nd is the after). Services performed: dry clean and moisturized leather

Needed a quick hem and press for an evening gown. They were quick and friendly and the work they did came out beautifully. I will go back.
