I pride myself on my time management skills & things like this throw me off my rhythm.(it’s Saturday 7am and I’m waiting in the rain)I could name a million other things that I would rather be doing.(Open sign on & doors locked.)

I’ve been a loyal customer at this laundromat for several years. Still, my most recent experience was so incredibly frustrating and upsetting that I feel compelled to share it with others. On this particular evening, I arrived at the laundromat at 10:05 PM, well within the newly posted hours that the last wash would be accepted until 10:30 PM. I arrived at 10:05 and immediately started my wash, which aligned with the facility’s stated hours. As I was loading my laundry, the owner unexpectedly instructed me—via the surveillance camera—to hurry up and start my machines. I complied immediately, as I’ve always respected the laundromat's rules. However, things took a turn for the worse shortly afterward. While my clothes were still washing, a gentleman approached my car window and informed me that the owner had given strict instructions to lock the doors at 11 PM, regardless of whether customers were finished with their laundry or not. I explained that my clothes were still in the washer and that I still needed to dry them afterward. Despite my explanation, the situation escalated further. As I was finishing up the washing, the owner began yelling at me through the surveillance camera, demanding that I remove my clothes from the washer immediately and leave the premises. I told him that I was not leaving with wet clothes, especially since I had children's garments in the load, but the owner continued to shout and insist that I had to leave, without any regard for my situation. Even threaten to turn off the light off on me, which he did. At this point, I felt completely disrespected and mistreated. I was left in a darkened laundromat with my clothes still not fully dried, and I was told I would no longer be allowed to return to the facility. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’m truly shocked that the owner would treat a long-time, loyal customer in such a way. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this incident, as I believe my rights as a customer were violated and I was subjected to completely unwarranted and discriminatory treatment. No one should have to endure this kind of behavior, especially when simply trying to finish their laundry. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this laundromat, as this experience has left me with no confidence in their customer service or professionalism.

I am SO happy I stopped going to Resciniti's!!! The folks here are always extremely kind and patient, they go above and beyond to communicate, the prices are absolutely fair, the cleaning job they do is flawless, and their turnaround time is impressive. I've saved so much money and time by switching to this place and I always leave with a smile. Thank you!!!

Great service, they have awesome prices for Dry Cleaning. The service is always respectful and kind when I bring in Dry Cleaning. Their turn around time is always quick. I have been to other places in Endwell and they are rude, only take cash, and the place smells like cigarettes. The only complain I have is their doorbell is super sensitive and always going off lol. But it’s worth it for the quality and value of their work.

I appreciate a 24 hour laundry service, not so much people taking your clothes from the dryer between midnight & 6 am. When I called they said they don’t have cameras. I’ll file a police report but doubtful anything will be done. Stay with your clothes or choose another facility. It’s unfortunate because after months of service this is my first problem
