Lapels Dry Cleaning

I tried using the service while I’m staying in town at the Hilton. I will say dropping off was very easy, but unfortunately you didn’t know the cost or the prices of anything until you picked up. I also was not happy with how quickly they had turnaround service because I dropped my clothes off Tuesday and didn’t get them back until Friday after four. It would’ve been cheaper and faster just to use the laundry service in the hotel so anyone looking to use the service in the Brentwood area would be better advised to check with their hotel first because it’s probably faster and cheaper

Love the convenience of Lapels, which allows me to drop off and pick up as desired. The self service kiosk makes it easy and my clothing is always returned on time. The service is great and my clothes always look perfect. Highly recommend.

These guys were fantastic! I thought I would be completely intimidated by the computerized format, but it was actually quite easy. But what was REALLY wonderful was the work they did on preserving my daughter‘s wedding dress and my wedding dress, that was stained and 38 years old! This was not done through the computerized system they use with regular cleaning but with an attendant, that was extremely helpful. I had tried two other places to get the stains out and neither was successful. In my final attempt I used Lapels and it came back completely flawless. It cost a little bit extra to get it done (due to the age of the stains) but so worth it. The preservation box and presentation is beautiful! I highly recommend!

Excellent service! I come here often and I am always impressed with the service provided. Everything comes back as it should, sparkling clean and pressed. Whether it’s jackets, dress clothes or my old Military uniform's, I know Lapels will give my clothes the attention to detail they require.

This was my 1st time using this service and I was a little apprehensive about it. It was not difficult to figure out and retrieving my dry-cleaned items was easy. They email/text you when your clothes are ready. (They have someone on duty during the day for any issues or questions) To be honest, it was easy and I will use this company going forward. The 24hr service is really handy. Enjoy!
