I really appreciate the convenience of the personal bag drop-off and home delivery service. Even with all the technology that streamlines the process and minimizes human interaction, I was glad to meet and work with Brandy, who helped me resolve a minor issue. She’s incredibly personable, and her friendly, helpful approach is a big part of why I keep coming back!

First time using this service and I made a small mistake and didn’t leave my info and made sure to call and I got to chat with Brandy who went above and beyond and found my order and it got delivered today!! Hands down such a great experience and even more amazing people!! Definitely use them!

I went to the Green Hills location. Easy access, automated drop off and pick up- love not having to wait and can pick up whenever. Reasonable pricing. I gave a 4 because I had an item that I needed to clean a spot after I got the item back. You may need to notify of a spot needing to be removed?

Great service, staff friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and turn around time is fast. I had some khaki pants i washed and dried they shrunk Tide was able to save my pants that I ruined and stretched them back. Definitely recommend using this place.
