Dropped off my bridesmaids dress two weeks prior to my sisters wedding to be altered. They gave me a date to pick up for 10/13. I arrived that morning and they could not find my dress. Told me to come back in an hour. I got back and they had my dress, but my dress had not been altered or even touched. The day of my sisters wedding I had to cut the bottom two layers to even walk down without tripping. Terrible service. I could have taken my dress to someone else…yet they kept my dress for two weeks without even touching it. I will not be back.

I have been going to this cleaner for years, but won’t be returning after the way they handled ruining a piece of clothing. They have placed blame on every other party- me, the manufacturer, etc., but have yet to have the integrity to take accountability for ruining the item. Beyond the poor integrity of the way they run the business, I have dealt with now two different employees who were shockingly rude. They have been dismissive to say the least, have laughed at me over the situation and out right waved their hand saying “it’s low quality” as to why the item was ruined. I understand that mistakes happen and I would have returned to this business if they had taken accountability over the situation or simply spoken to their customers with an ounce of respect. I hate to see small businesses lose customers, but I will tell you, it is NOT worth the treatment I received and the money I lost.

The absolute worse business I’ve ever dealt with! I own a small business and would never in a million years treat my clients the way they treated me. I took a sweater to get dry cleaned and they didn’t fix the spot so I took it back. Then they tried to fix the spot and shrunk the sweater to a kids size sweater. Then they said they would stretch it. I gave them two different occasions to try and fix it and stretch it and they couldn’t. Then when I finally went back wanting my money for it, They were so rude - said they did fix it and then had the audacity to say that the sweater was of low quality and that’s why that happened. Beyond rude- I cannot even believe it. Then the manager the next day said that he wouldn’t do anything to make it better but give a credit of $40 even though the sweater costs $125 plus the money I spent on dry cleaning it and driving back and forth to them 8 different times. He also said we stretched it to a medium maybe it’s because you are bigger than a medium that it doesn’t fit. Also said I don’t know what I’m talking about - they have been in the business over 10 years. Well I have been in the fashion industry for over 10 years and know that you are wrong sir/mam! Horrible business and worst customer service!! So now they have body shamed their client and told them their sweater was low quality ! Do yourself a favor and never go to them! I’ll be turning into BBB and will be letting all my friends in the neighborhood know!

So far nothing but great experiences. I've used these guys numerous times for alterations, and they're always done well and accurately. I've also used them for cleaning a king size comforter a few times, and that turned out well too. Used them for wool coats, great job on that too. Getting some blazers back today, and we'll see how they do. Update-I've now used them for my blazers multiple times. They always do a great job.

My husband failed to put his suits in the cleaners for a funeral/burial that was on a Monday and Tuesday. I dropped them off on Saturday afternoon with a promise they would be ready for pickup on Monday around lunchtime. They kept their promise!! I truly appreciate the willingness to assist with our request without any extra charge and keeping your promise! You definitely have new customers!! Thanks Greg!
