I live downtown, this was my first time using the service with the lockers at my apartment building. It was a quick turnaround but I've had issues trying to retrieve from the locker. Whether from the web browser or app, there is no code provided to me to retrieve my clothing and I cannot reach anyone. My clothes have been stuck for 2 weeks. **Within 2 hours of my review I was contacted and provided clarity by Jason that the code is the same as when I dropped it off. Misleading by the email received. He asked me multiple times to update my review as he is a small business owner and 'trying to make it'. My reviews are well balanced and I work hard for the money that I make. So while my initial review reiterated there was a quick turnaround when it takes over 2 weeks for me to retrieve it from the locker is time I don't have. I don't appreciate being laighed at when I describe that I have an invisible disability where comprehension is sometimes compromised. But I gather anyone that reviews the screenshot I provided that there's opportunity on the template to provide clarity that the code would be the same use to drop off. Update to reviewing my clothes nicely pressed, clean BUT they lost my wool pair of socks I Just bought on my trip to Ireland. Yeah only 9 dollars but I wore them once and super sad. I planned to try them again but not after losing something of mine so prescious

Great service! So convenient with multiple pick up locations (if I need a quicker turn around) or delivery options to my apartment. There’s almost always a promo code to use and pricing is very fair. I use their dry cleaning service for my work clothes and nicer items, plus the laundry option for jeans and clothes I’m afraid I’ll shrink if I wash myself.

I was in town for my daughters wedding when I discovered two days before the event that the 15 borrowed tablecloths needed pressing. When I called I got a helpful person who said yes we can get these done in a day. The day I picked them up I was disappointed that they appeared the same- wrinkled. The workers tried another method while I waited but to no avail. I was willing to pay half of the official charge but instead Dana refunded the entire amount. Outstandingly kind service. And the tablecloths were fine and this MOB got over her obsession with pressed things. No one noticed and the wedding and reception was wonderful!

I just moved to Nashville, and I’m trying to find a dry cleaner. This was the first location I went to because it’s so close to where I live. I got there and parked, and took my clothes in, only to find that there’s no one there. It’s very self-serve and cold, and I believe there’s a button you can press to troubleshoot. It’s much like an Amazon locker room; I should’ve looked more closely at the photos, which show no staff. This is the first for me, and I’ve lived in some very large metropolitan cities. I like to have interaction, engagement and trust with my dry cleaner, and that’s not gonna happen at this location. It’s probably a good resource for college students.

Just had a great experience here. Had a suit that needed pressing FAST and they took care of it while I waited….and didn’t have to wait long. Also dig that they have 24hr pickup lockers. Cool innovation. Will be back for sure.
