I took a dress that had been gifted to me to have some alterations done, when I tried on my dress it was a perfect fit. I experience phenomenal customer service & they are perfect when cleaning m lotus. They even press and crease my uniforms. I get great compliments on my clothes.

Brought a dress to be altered but when I got home and tried the dress on, it wouldn’t even button. The tailor took the dress in too much. I had to drive back 3 different times (the day before I was flying out of town) for the dress to be let out and altered how it should have been done in the first place. I asked to have a manager/owner call to speak with me and I didn’t hear back. Very unprofessional and disappointed in their customer service.

Absolutely shocked- I picked up multiple items today and when I got home, I found out that they had put huge safety pins THROUGH my silk blouses. Now, my Etro, Celine and Balenciaga blouses each have two large holes in the back. I will absolutely never be going here again.

Don’t take any items needing sewing here. They messed up 3 times and I left with a job with a lot of mistakes for over $60. After 3 mistakes it was time to cut my losses. It was just sewing patches on an some expensive jeans. It was 4 patches. That is all. You can look at their response and see what kind of business they are.

Not sure why they only have 3.5 stars. I’ve used them for tonns of dry cleaning and they’ve done a great job. Even had a nude satin dress that was FILTHY from a wedding dance floor and I assumed it was ruined but it came back perfect 👌🏼
