My husband has been going to them since we moved to Nashville. They charge reasonable and do a good job. Some places charge alot but aren't as detailed.

The best in town! I took my wedding dress and they did an amazing job. I have used them for a couple months now and they have great customer service and delivery quality work in a timely manner.

The best dry cleaners around. They are reasonably priced, do great work, are honest and upfront. If they cannot do something they will let you know, instead of ruining the product(s). I’ve gotten comforters, academic graduation regalia, dress pants, dress shirts, and blazers all done here. I’ve been going to this dry cleaners since 2018 and have never had any issues.

They have my suit that I dropped off last Saturday and was told to pick up Wednesday. I arrived Wednesday and there was a sign out front saying they'd be open Thursday (today) until 4pm. At 1:20pm when I arrived they were closed with no explanation but with a new sign out front saying they are probably closed tomorrow and Saturday too because of ..weather??? I have a wedding to go to Saturday and you have my suit! This is completely unacceptable. I now have to buy a new suit. WARNING: Any business that is willing to close for 4 days over some snow when every other surrounding business is open is not worth the risk. AVOID.

I don’t know what to say about this company, i rarely give reviews and if i do it is either very bad or very good. I brought two winter coats to these people it clearly stated that both coats were supposed to be dry cleaned but because they didn’t want to deal with one of them, they sent me back with it and said it wasn’t supposed to be dry cleaned when the manufacturer clearly stated that it should only be dry cleaned and their exact words were “go do that yourself” I didn’t complain i went home, and washed it myself. Then I sent my sister to go pick up the other coat and she took a dress that had areas of glue on it, and these people said that they won’t dry clean or attempt to remove the glue that she needs to go figure it out herself. That is quite funny because what is a dry cleaner for if they can’t perform stain removal and cleansing of a garment. If you can’t perform services that are listed under your job description, how about a change of career.
