The best customer service I have ever received at a dry cleaners. I have been using them since I moved to Nolensville. The work they do is great, always meet the committed return date, and many times will actually walk your clothes out to your car for you. I mean what more could you ask for? And, somehow they even remember your name. 100% recommend this business.

Millcreek SAVED the day! I starting using Millcreek when I moved here for comforter cleaning and general dry cleaning needs. I am always impressed with their service and attention to detail. Which is why I’m so mad at myself for trying another local dry cleaner for alterations for my daughters prom dress based on a recommendation. That other dry cleaner charged us $180 at pickup which shocked me considering the level of work it needed, but I paid the bill and headed home. When I got home I was stunned to realize they didn’t even fix the hole at the zipper or do the straps right. On top of it the dress smelled horribly of food. I was so upset and especially stressed since prom was a little more than a week away! I took it to Paul and asked what he could do. He assured me they handle wedding dress alternations and could get it done. He told me the price was super high and what it should have been (again more what I would have expected) and promised he would get the job done. Well he did and the dress is perfect! It looks perfect and the gross food smell is gone! I’ll never go anywhere else! The service and care for their customers is unsurpassed! Thank you Millcreek for saving us! I’ve used Mill Creek Cleaners since they opened. The owner, Paul, has always gone above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and top notch dry cleaning. He has my suits and shirts done the next day. I’ll never use another dry cleaning service.

I get my shirts dry cleaned regularly for work. Paul has been friendly, efficient, and professional during my first few visits here. I enjoy talking with him. If you haven’t tried this new business in town, I recommend giving it a try.
