Downtown Plaza LAUNDROMAT

The machines are always breaking down. Customers complain about not getting a refund when they break down. When they call and leave a contract number. Nobody gets back to them. The owner is listed as the manager. They don't get there money back or the owner blames them for it breaking down. I had to quit because she won't pay me my wages.She was over a week late paying me my wages and then refused to pay me at all. She's asking me for the keys back but doesn't want to pay me. I told her as soon as she pays me she can have her keys. I have no use for them. She's angry because the customers are complaining and not getting the refunds so she's taking it out on me. It's not a very professional way of doing business. And she won't let the costumers use the bathroom . Well I wouldn't use it's nasty .

It's always clean and the washers and dryers are always functioning properly. They have 3 new GigAntic quadruple or possibly quintuple loaders that get my white linens and towels and blankets spArkling clEAn! And the employees are never rude or shoving you out the door if you're running a little behind. All the washers work great.

I frequently visit the area for work and often need a place to wash clothes. Facilities and equipment are always clean. The attendant is always friendly and accommodating.

Our clothes smell like cigarettes after washing here. We do not smoke. Disgusting!

Clean,well maintained facility ,easy to use instructions,change machines, powder/ detergents machines, seating areas
