Kathy's Miracle Cleaners

Kathy can’t sew. She was supposed to alter my bridesmaid dress and I gave it to her TWO AND A HALF MONTHS IN ADVANCE. She blew off my fittings multiple times, every time I called she had no clue who I was, and she never took note of the dates and times SHE GAVE ME to come in. She ended up fitting me twice. Once the first day I brought it to her ( mid July ) and the second time was September 16th. On September 16th when I went in the dress had literally just been started. Kathy had only just started “taking the dress apart.” My pickup date never changed from October 1st so I was nervous about time because at this appointment I’m still swimming in my dress. Well today is pick up date and she tried to tell me not to try on my dress because “there’s nothing else she can do in this time frame.” So she knew before I even put it on that it wasn’t going to fit. IT DIDNT. The dress is massive still. I can take handfuls of it in in the back. She tried telling me it wasn’t placed right only to yank it down and show my entire bra. She then tried telling me it was my fault because I said the fitting was perfect my last appointment. It was when I was literally pinned into the dress. She ten started telling me the same sob story about her husband that I have been hearing about for over a month and a half and saying that’s why my dress isn’t done properly. I’m sorry but if you knew over a month ago you didn’t have time for my dress GUVE IT BACK. Instead she thought she could try and charge me $140 dollars for an ill fitting dress (I only gave her $80 because my dress didn’t fit.) And on top of all that I gave her my dress in a nice cloth dress bag and she gave it away to someone else and put my dress in plastic. Not a smart business owner and honestly, just a mean bitter old lady. My family has been going to this dry cleaners for over 15 years but we won’t be coming back again.

This place is amazing, I literally come from Modesto just to bring my stuff here. The first time I ever use them I had these two workwear shirts that had really bad deodorant stains that would not come out. Not only did they dry clean them and get the stains out, but the shirts looked brand new. Another occasion, I had a military backpack that one of the clips came out and I brought it to five different alteration places and none of them wanted to work on it or wanted to help me. I went to Kathy's in the morning and she was able to sew the buckle for me within two minutes while I waited. They have the nicest staff and will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. We need more individuals like this that will treat the customer like gold and know how to run a great business. Thank you again so much Kathy's cleaners you guys are the best.!!!!

I needed a tux dry cleaned for a murder mystery party. The manager was gracious enough to expedite cleaning for me. I was the club owner so I had to look good. Had a blast!

Just had two pairs of dress pants altered… Fantastic service all around!! Easy drop off/pick-up with one week turnaround. Very satisfied. Will be back!!!

Came through when I needed something for a wedding. Excellent work, fair price, friendly service. 10/10 would recommend
