209 Wash Depot

Good Laundromat I just wished they changed to the pay range system or had some type of laundry cards you could use instead of quarters. I hate dropping 6.50 worth of quarters into a machine, very annoying 🤣. Overall clean and not too expensive though

The 209 is the only decent laundry mat in town to use, but I find it very inconsiderate there's no restroom. I get drug addicts don't help, but I pay so much to wash clothes, I shouldn't have to walk down to another business to use a restroom. Especially being someone who has kidney disease, and sudden urges to go pee. No wonder people pee right out front. I also find it inconsiderate that they keep the soda machine emptied as well. I feel the customers deserve a bathroom and to at least have something to drink. The owner needs to show better appreciation to customers or don't own a business. They also need more baskets not enough on busy days.

Genie is awesome! I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I tried Columbia last week (we live on the road) and I was not impressed. This laundry mat is great though! Owner appreciates and asks others to remember the importance of our planet which I appreciate. The rules make perfect sense to me when many are using the facilities. They're there to help create a smooth laundry experience for everyone. Owner was very friendly and kind. If it bothers you to have help with laundry (she helped me too, but I didn't not take it as her telling me what to do, she was filling me in on which washers work better and I've had some really terrible washers in other laundry mats so I felt this was really kind and helpful of her!) And if you don't have the ability to enjoy people with differing views, then go somewhere else I would say. I felt she was very woke and had wonderful loving energy! Was even greeted with a hug! I personally welcome this kind of interaction and I will support any place that is looking out for our planet and communities.

I recently had a terrible experience here at this local laundromat and feel compelled to write a review warning others. First off, the location was dirty and poorly lit, with trash and debris scattered on the floor. The machines were old and poorly maintained, with several out of order and others malfunctioning. I wasted so much time and money trying to get them to work properly. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. When I asked for assistance, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me resolve my issues. The worst part was when I realized that several of my clothes were ruined after washing and drying them at this laundromat. My whites turned gray, and some of my colored items had mysterious stains that I couldn't remove. Overall, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone. The poor maintenance, unhelpful staff, and ruined clothes made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

would recommemd. It's always very clean, it's cheap (compared at least) , there's free wifi, air conditioning In the summer, heat in the winter. the only two problems I would say are present would be the lack of bathrooms and a snack/drink machine (but they're in the process of bringing a drink machine) . the new owners really made the place so much better, talked to one of owners before as well, super nice.
