Everclean Laundromat and Dry Cleaners

I have had a horrific experience with this cleaner. Supposedly, they do alterations. I left a piece at the Western Avenue Branch to be altered several weeks ago. Called numerous times with no answer. Went down three times and found no one there. Finally today I called Oak Ridge Branch and was told she was new and knew nothing about my alteration. That I should call back on 15th. I would like my garment back, preferably altered, but if not then just give it back to me. As requested, my ticket number is 23072.

Have used these folks for years. Always been very satisfied with their work. Reasonable prices too!
