As a new out-of-state owner of a 12 bedroom cabin in Gatlinburg, I was really nervous about finding reliable cleaning. Contacted Mountain Top Cleaning via their website late on a Tuesday. Jessica called me back first thing Wednesday morning! She was incredibly patient, walked me through their entire cabin cleaning and property management process, and answered all my (many) questions. Onboarding our property was easy. They even have an owner portal to keep track of cleaning status and any maintenance that gets completed. After our first clean I checked the photos of the property after we received the notification it was done. The attention to detail was impressive – sparkling bathrooms, spotless kitchen, perfectly made beds with fresh linens. Knowing Jessica and her team are handling everything, including the mountain of laundry we have, gives me huge peace of mind. Highly recommend for remote (or local) owners!

As brand new STR owners, managing from a distance, we have had a super experience with Mountain Top Cleaning. They have truly gone above and beyond expectations on multiple occasions. *They made it to our condo in less than 15 minutes on an emergency call to let our guests in who couldn’t figure out the key pad entry. *They showed up in less than an hour to do an unscheduled complete cleaning. *They also accomplished an emergency battery replacement on our entry lock before our guests arrived. Their pricing is also very straightforward, reasonable and exactly as they said it would be. Mountain Top is a great company who has made a wonderful difference in our hosting experience. We are so thankful we contracted with them.
