Smoky Mountain Coin Laundry

This place had lots of seating and a few vending machines and lots of large washers and dryers. The pricing is hard to figure out because when you put your card in it charges you extra. It’s a little dirty and run down looking. The dryers turn off and on an take forever to dry your clothes. It’s easy to find, open 24 hours, plenty of parking, restrooms, and vending machines. I wouldn’t leave my clothes or feel comfortable coming here by myself. Ten out of ten recommend going in the day or checking out another location.

I wish I could give negative stars because this place is absolutely horrible. The worst place I have ever done laundry. The machines that " did work" really didn't the clothes did not come clean at all. I would say probably half of all the machines have out of order signs on them. The restroom is padlocked shut. The place is filthy. I will NEVER come here again.

They have 21 machines out of order. Last time here water was coming up out of the floor and you had to wade through it to do your laundry. Bathroom is ALWAYS gross. No wifi and no tv to watch either. Much better ones in Sevierville. Friend said the machines have been out of order for over a year. Cleaning crew uses a leaf blower to clean the floor and tables then have dirt and dust on them. Change machine takes so long to dispense coins that you will think it ate your money. Bills have to be facing certain direction before it will stop spitting the bill back out. Roaches running aroung at night on the floors.

Tried this place, it was disappointing and nasty. Not clean, sewer water in one machine marked out of order and none of our laundry came out smelling clean, but moldy smell! Should Have turn around when we entered!!

This place is a disaster...I saw the positive reviews and wanted to support a small business owner, big mistake. There are more machines out of order than actually working (dryers specifically), the supply vending machine is just reading hieroglyphics, and it's utterly disgusting. Rent a cabin/house with a washer and dryer, it's an oversight I'll never make again.
