Hatchers has been a game charger for me! I was spending hours washing and ironing chef jackets. Size 62 mind you! It's so convenient to drop off and let them do their magic. I appreciate the great service! The jackets come out beautiful!

Went in twice, first visit counter lady was rude soI left. Decided to ho another day and received great service.

I needed a quick turnaround for an alteration and Deborah was an absolute gem! She got it done right away and did an amazing job. So happy I came to Hatcher's and I'll definitely be back!

This review is specifically for JENNINE and Jennine ONLY! She is wonderful. I had a fiasco with a gown I tried to get altered by their seamstresses, and Jennine was the only person who was kind, honest, calm, and understanding the entire time. She treated me with respect. As I waited for my issue to be solved I watched her greet every customer that came in with a smile and with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Jennine!!!

Staff are very nice and helpful! Needed a dress altered and needed it asap, got it back the same day after only a few hours! All other alteration places placed me on a wait for weeks out and they really saved my butt! Made it to the event and my dress looked great!
