Linda was amazing. She altered my clothes to a perfection and was very open to feedback. I would def recommend their clothes alternation service.

Very fair alteration/hemming pricing and efficient turnaround! They listened carefully to my specifications and gave me their honest feedback regarding alterations. Would definitely use again in the future!

A true tailor lifesaver, Linda has been super helpful in tailoring my clothes to fit my body! My favorite place to come too and love the experience. They are also super fast.

Had gone there 3 times previously and dropped off the same shirt twice. Most recently dropped off a similar shirt with the same material, the only difference being the color. The original shirt was multi colored and I was charged $8. The newer shirt was solid beige and Rosa (different lady than previously) tried to charge me $11.50 She refused to budge even after I showed her pictures of both shirts from the same store! She also refused to allow me to speak to the manager since she clearly doesnβt want to held accountable. They lost a customer because she thought she could charge me more.

Absolutely the worst dry cleaner spot Iβve been to in my entire life. I might as well have not washed this jacket--and I wouldn't have had to deal with bad attitude either. I was shocked to see how many marks and stains were left, so I asked, "how was this cleaned?" The lady working there immediately retorted, "are you telling me how to do my job?" I clarified I was only asking how it was cleaned. She said it was dry clean, and "they already cleaned it twice so it's clean." Then when I showed her all the stains, she kept insisting that they weren't able to get rid of it as it's a light jacket. What did I pay $35 for? This is insulting. Also, if they looked at the clothing tag, they would've seen that the instructions are to hand wash the jacket. The symbols indicate NOT to dry clean. When I initially handed it to them, all I said was please clean it, so not on me that they decided to dry clean it. I only came here instead of doing it myself in order to save time, yet that's now what I'll have to do (update: I was able to clean all the stains myself using just soap & cold water) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
